No. Ever heard of Kerbing? That's where they take you out to the sidewalk kerb and knock out your teeth with corner.
I've never been kicked out. I saw once the bouncers help a drunk guy out... that's it.
I haven't either. My buddies almost did. They were drunk my 4 pm and started at 2 Pm and didn't leave until about 10. They were just loud and obnoxious scaring all the ladies away. Then, I found out after they left I stayed behind my ATF told me that they had 2 strikes on them and if they broke any of the rules they would get kicked out. Good thing I was chilling with my ATF most of the night and avoided all the trouble.
ive never got kicked out, but i saved my friend(and most likely my party) from being kicked out one night. my alcoholic friend got trashed beyond belief before we even got to the club...after he repeatedly groped me beyond anything which would be considdered funny, he became unable to hold his head up. bouncer came over and asked what was wrong(obviously knowing he was drunk). i told him that my friend was realy tired, for he works real early in the morning. "ok, the manager is getting pissed. its not good for business if hes sleeping in here." yah ok buddy. kuddos to me.
I'm working on it...
:o and I thought when guys acted up at K2U they just got thrown into the dungeon!!!!! :oQuote:
There was a big fight the other night at K2U. There was a guy in VIP making fun of alot of the dancers. He said something to one girl that made her cry and the bouncer asked the guy to leave. One of his big ass friends came up to Art (our bouncer) from behind and threw him on top of one of the chairs and started kicking him. Art got his chin all cut up and everybody from upstairs went flying down to help out. That guy got kicked out...but me personally... no, I've never gotten kicked out of anything!
Luv,
Amber
I guess if I were to ever get drunk and do something stupid there I'd have to sneak out quietly...
[bye]
I never been kicked out but I have seen it happen to others on occasion. I've seen some who were quietly and quickly removed and I've seen some who were dragged kicking and cursing.
Once I saw a manager drag a guy out by his ear- that one made me laugh so hard..... It was smart too because the customer was a bigger guy but shorter than the manager and since ears are sensitive it hurt the customer being removed enough to get him moving, but not in such a way that it was brutal or anything of that sort. Plus it gave the manage an arms lenghth away from the guy during the situation and it certianly made the customer walk very quickly out the door !
seems to me all these places had alcohol. Now I know why I go to nude juice bars lol. Personally I have never been thrown out because I try to stay away from booz cuz I know how my friends and I get. I almost got my ass kicked at a keg party last year though.
strange, i was thinking about posting this thread today....
well, i've never even seen someone get kicked out before. I haven't got kicked out. I had 3 warnings by a bouncer on the same day...but thats it.
I got warned by a bouncer once... it was a club that did table dances. You sit in a high bar stool, and the dancer kind of stands in front of you. Anyway I had my hands to my sides, and this dancer was getting a bit frisky and rubbing up against my hands. The bouncer came over and warned me. I turned to the dancer and said, with a grin, "You're going to get me in trouble", and she just giggled and winked. :)
I'd never had that problem there before, but I think this bouncer liked that particular dancer and was looking for an excuse.
I've been kicked out of four clubs. Three were because of one dancer. She had borderline personality disorder, and I wouldn't see her outside the club, so she made up a horrendous story about me. It took me a long time to figure it out and get reinstated.... I got kicked out of #4 this week for describing it on TUSCL as a family pizzeria with too many family members for the business they have, so they had to make an extra position called "rules biatch." That opened a floodgate of cruel anonymous payback comments about the family. Some of it was pretty funny.... I almost got kicked out of a club when I caught a bouncer stealing money from a dancer and called him on it. But I started calling the cops on my cell phone and he gave it back.
One more point: There's a difference between being kicked out (you can come back tomorrow or next week) and being banned (never allowed back). I got banned four times. :) You can get kicked out as in "asked to leave" or you can take a beating on the way. A lot of five-eight, 140 pound guys think they're Superman after six beers. I've seen them take some gratuitous, senseless beatings in clubs.
I got kicked out once when this girl leaned forward and I kissed her tit. I thought it was an enticement. She hit me with her flashlight. Yeah, customer contact is no-no but striking with an instrument is battery.
Bouncers are necessary in every club. However, so many develop a "Big Fish in a Little Pond" attitude, and live to flex their illusion of control and power. "I'm the guy who will kick your ass". I have seen dancers get pissed at a patron and get them kicked out - sometimes for obviously bogus reasons. I recall reading on the Pink site that many girls have had experiences where the Bouncers act like the clubs they work at are their own personal brothel. Playing the "I'm gonna save you from that jerk customer" is a typical tactic to impress a dancer.Quote:

Bouncers are necessary, and obviously not all are jerks (I actually know two who are down to earth, decent, fair guys). Its too bad far too many are jerkweeds, though
My bachelor party got kicked out of Louies Cordial Lounge in Rochester. One of the drunker attendees tried to go up on stage with a dollar in his mouth. The Br went to throw him out and we gathered around him. The place was dead and we were ten strong and loaded $wise. One idiot piped up and said, if he leaves, we all leave (who was that guy?). By this time all the dancers were gathered around and told the br to let us stay (they had a vested interest after all). The bouncer held his ground and we went to another club. My father in law was there and he told me later that he had been going to Louies for 20 years and never saw anyone get kicked out of that dive! We had a great time elsewhere but probably should have stayed and let my friend fend for himself. We were getting great milage that night. I did get local braggin rights to be the on Batchlor party ever kicked out of Louies though. When I tell people from that area this, they seem suitably impressed.
That's what makes neighborhood Cheers clubs so great! The bouncer is never alone, and regulars help regulate behavior with their body language. I see more mutual respect in K2U than in any Prov club.
