I get 40 dances a night minimum.
However, for a long time, even after that method, I got all caught up in what "hustle" really was and thought that it meant whispering in someones ear and being super seductive - someone I just wasn't. I tried to do that and my dance count went way way down for a long time. I didn't get it and felt like a loser until my boyfriend pointed out that my hustle WAS the sit down and talk method. It worked for me and nothing I've ever come up with since has done me better. Nothing.
So, hustle doesn't always has to be the fast paced type of money making, it just means that you are consistant (sp?). It means that you have a routine that works for you, no matter what it is. Some girls make all their money in the beginning of the night with their methods, some at the end. Me, it takes all 8 hours but I'm busy, I'm being me, and I enjoy myself. Bottom line is that I make my goal, no matter what part of the shift it happened or how long it took.
Try different things. If you are good at conversation, then make conversation (no more than 5 minutes is my personal rule unless it's a regular). If you can do that sexy whispery thing, then do that. If you know a card trick, then break the ice with that. Everyone is different and you are not expected to be a shark to own the hustle. Be you and the money will come in better than you trying to be a person you are not. It sounds cliched but baby, it's true.
