I'm aware you need a business liscense to work in the city of Detroit but more than likely, I'll be working outside of Detroit, possibly Dearborn. If anybody has any feedback about the cost of liscense or what they think about Michigan, I'd luv it!!

dearborn doesn't have very good clubs. Maybe the Silver Crickett, but I've never been in there. I work in Romulus and my license was $100//year
I work at the DeJaVu in Ypsilanti by Ann Arbor, but your best bets would be the Flight Club, The Landing Strip, or the new Colisseum (sp?) in Detroit. My club does O.K. (stricter rules for the customers, slightly less $$ for us) but I hear that they're all doing pretty well.
The new club is supposed to be amazing, it even has a helicopter pad, but I havent checked it out yet. The F.C. and L.S. you don't need a card, but you do in Detroit. I believe that mine was about $250 last year. It's kind of a pain to get, but if the club has an agent they will most likely take you to get it.
I worked downriver when I was in the Detroit area over the summer. I didn't need a license. I'm about an hour NW of Detroit in Lansing right now - I had an audition at Omar's Wednesday and I'm deciding if I'm going back.
I know quite a few girls who work at flight club, they were having problems with raids over the summer, not so sure if that's the case now. BUT they say that the money is excellent there.
I've heard mixed things about the Colliseum...
If you want to be put in touch with someone I know who would be able to tell you anything you wanted to know pretty much, pm me and I'll point you in their direction.
p.s. MacKenzie - I don't know if you remember me pm'ing you and asking about working at your Vu last year, you said I should come to Amatuer night...last night I had the strangest dream that I was doing Amatuer night at that Vu...wierd.
I know a lot of girls at the collisium. Most who moved from the Play House in romulus over there. I guess the 1st week was the best, then people stopping going. It's too expensive and it's located in the ghetto. Nice club, bad location, and expensive. Dances were $35 and are now down to $25 because lack of business.
I moved from the Play House to the Flight Club and saw really no difference in sales, I know why. If one girl breaks the rules they will expect the same from everyone else.
Play House was good, it's more of a family there, but the reason many of the dancers have left is because they don't advertise, and we don't get business. Now it looks like they are going out of business.
I talked to the guy at cover girls in Detroit and he said the girls pay 300/year. They let you free lance there too. Pay them $10 and just work and make money. Im prob gonna do this week cuz i need some extra cash. 8)
What about Cheetas ? My friend says she's gonna go there is it any good ?
Another thing about anyone considering Flight Club. I would get a customer into VIP and after every dance they would expect more, or attempt to move their hand to my string. I even had one customer tell me I wasn't doing my job right, because I wouldn't do more than the dance. Then a ton of others say I didn't know how to make money. And it doesn't help when all the girls around you are giving head, hand jobs, and kissing the customers. and of course the russians there do everything including having sex.
SO, I finally went to Michigan. Here's an update on the clubs I visited:
1st nite-Crazy Horse. This place sux. The permanent girls there have no body (sorry) and the guy I went with was telling me how girls will let u lick their bush for $20. Ew. It was a big club, nice atmosphere, but the girls were ugly and the customers weren't spending.
2nd nite-Toy Chest. I would LOVE to work here just because I really liked two of the girls that worked there. They were laid back and really beautiful-I was hired but I didn't have a dance card to work. But GORGEOUS GIRLS, I didn't see one ugly chic in the locker room.
3rd nite-Flight Club. This place is huge and full. You don't need a dance card to work here, but there were ALOTTA girls. I had a cab pick me up and take me to BTs because I came in too late and it was a Saturday night when I tried to audition. My cabby told me that girls BANK in there but he has friends that go there and said there are funky things goin on in those VIP rooms???
BTs-U don't need a dance card either. I just didn't feel good when I got there. My stomach hurt, didn't want to stay. Was there for an hour, sold a few dances, then left 'cause I didn't wanna work anymore. I liked their dance room because there is more privacy. The girls were average, maybe 2 out of the ordinary pretty chics, but the place was DEAD ZONE. Maybe six customers all together at 10:30. But the manager was nice-really pretty young lady, I think her name was Josephine. Sometimes I prefer management to be female just 'cause in some places, the male manager will try to get in your pants if you don't set the boundary.
Anyway, I enjoyed Detroit. Wish I coulda worked more but I didn't plan the trip so well and I was only there for three days.
