How do I get this tag along away from me at work??
OMG Here's what happened....
I was doing lots of dances for some new customers from out of town,
well the song ended, and the guy handed me $20, and this other new girl dancing(Who is annoying as f*ck and wont stop following me around complaining), stood up and said loudly "NO It's still 2 for 1!!! You have to keep dancing!"... WTF???>:(
Doesnt she get the who point of gettin the guys tipsy so they can't tell what # of dances your on?
AND I have to find a polite way of telling her to stay away from me when I approach a customer, that I DO NOT need a partner (Especially one with no personality who doesnt laugh at jokes or smile)
She'll also go up to the other dancers and ask "How much did you make???"
This is mean but I hope she is pregnant(Yes she was telling everyone how she never uses birth control), and just quits..Please god!!

This is wrong. Stuff like this is what gives dancers a bad name. NEVER try to screw over your customer or say that you did more dances than you did. It will come back to bite you in the ass.
About the other dancer being annoying and following you around, I would just talk to her in private if it continues. Just say something like "It bothers me when you come up to a customer when I'm already talking to him, please don't do it anymore." She should stop after that. If she doesn't stop, talk to your manager about her.
Re: How do I get this tag along away from me at work??
yea evil.. misleading guys will come back to bite you in the ass. You will end up having no regulars, and that is detrimental to working at thee dollhouse.
Tell her to leave you alone, and that you would like to work by youself. If she doesnt stop bothering you. Tell management.. they are good about that sort of thing.
Re: How do I get this tag along away from me at work??
Well, I think there is a big difference between lying about the number of dances and accepting $20 for ONE dance, like it should be, instead of doing the 2 for 1. I have had customers say "Okay thanks" and pay me after one dance when it was a 2 for 1, usually because they were drunk. I assume they want me to stop dancing, so I stop. She wasn't saying she lies about the number of dances on a habitual basis, I don't think.
Tell the new girl to mind her own business. If she keeps up with the being annoying, not smiling, etc, she probably will end up quitting because she won't make any money and the other dancers will be mean to her.
Re: How do I get this tag along away from me at work??
I don't think she was lying either, some of my customers will actaully cut a 20 min dance short and say thanks, I have to go, whether they are drunk or not.... This goes for the 2 for 1 also. They'll either need to leave in a hurry or will actually say they feel bad about the whole 2 for 1 thing because we have to give part of the $ to the club and if we don't get the dance we have to do the loser dance (dance on stage with the others that didn't get the dance and we don't get tipped) punishment, I guess.
About the tag-a-long, you can either be nice about it and hope that it will work out or actually be straight up and tell her to lay off... Either way, you are taking a chance of her spreading around that you are big B.
I never had this problem (knock on wood) but I know a girl that did and I think she told the other girl that customers refused to get a dance from her because they were afraid that they would have to do the two girl dance and they didn't have the money. This made her, the annoying dancer, not feel insulted because it's easier to take an insult from a mysterious customer than from a dancer she had to work with every night.
Hope this helps, and good luck.

HMM..
Re: How do I get this tag along away from me at work??
oops, sorry Tamafldancer... I guess I missed that part... No no to lying to customers.. Too many things can come up wrong, some one will tell them, friends or otherwise or they might just sober up.
Now, yes they can be drunk and it helps that they don't mind how many they get, that's always nice, but be honest about the amount they get whether it's big or small.

who gives a shit about all that tipsy customer one dance crap. THE OTHER GIRL NEEDS TO SHUT HER MOUTH AND MIND HER OWN BUSINESS.
forgot to add and that's exactly what I would tell her. MYOFB.
Re: How do I get this tag along away from me at work??
Whatever your game is, when you see her coming, get her aside and tell her you just spoke to some customers that were requesting someone with her description. Then grab your customer and go to a corner. Either start doing dances or "pretend" to be deep in conversation, pulling each other close. You may want to get a regular to be in on this with you. If she STILL interrupts, tell her "excuse me but we're in the middle of a serious talk".
She HAS to be able to figure it out........

Re: How do I get this tag along away from me at work??
I would tell her to mind her own damn bizness!
Re: How do I get this tag along away from me at work??
vip at thee dollhouse? You mean the section over in the corner that is pointless?
Re: How do I get this tag along away from me at work??
wow this is a situation were I'd pull the girl aside after I finished dancing and she's done then tell her what's what. I wouldn't care if I looked like a bitch. She crossed a boundary, it wasn't her dance or her customer she had no business to give her two cents.
Re: How do I get this tag along away from me at work??
Yeah, I'd just tell her straight up that it's none of her business and I don't need her following me around. Of course if you straight out say something about following you around, she'll most likely deny it. So I'd say something like "ya know I really prefer to work alone, so why don't you go work your own tables?" If she doesn't get it, then tip a bouncer a few bucks to send her to some other tables, say they asked for her ;D
Re: How do I get this tag along away from me at work??
I don't really get WHY she follows you. Is she new and insecure? Or is she actually making money doing it? If she's making some money following you around, she probably won't stop unless you tell her to. If she isn't, you might point out to her that she'll do better on her own, since the guys you talk to are getting dances from YOU, dammit. Give her a few hustling tips if you have to, and cut her loose.
I totally don't get why girls do this. It's so much harder to talk to a customer with another girl there. And if I was there first, I'm doing *everything* I can to keep his attention until he buys a dance...so why waste your time? GRRRR! Sorry, but I dealt with this a lot today. It was slow, but I'm a good hustler, so it was OK...but every time I sat with a guy, two or three girls would wander over with that fake "Hey, introduce me to your friend!" I hate it!
