Hope I don't get flamed for this...But does being assigned the dayshift (with an option to work Sat/Sun night if you work 3 dayshifts), a way of the management politely saying "You're not hot enough for the night audience?"
Or more as in, "We want to test your hustling skills/people interaction"? I know they tell everyone how they're "the most beautiful there" just to keep the spirits up, not because it's particularly true(speaking about myself)
During shift change the differences I noticed were the night girls came in all ages/ethnicities, but wore tons more make up/jewelry than days..and generally seemed more stressed out(Understandably!).
