Hmmmm....I know I have a love for junk food. Personally when I'm craving yummy o so fatty things I will have just a lil bit of it. Such as, when I want chocolate I will have a half a kit kat bar then give the rest away or something. Or when I want something fast food and fatty I will have a bean burrito from taco bell. I dont know if these are all that bad but they help and at MOST I will do that once a week.

Wow, you're all so disciplined! I kill urges with tea, water or diet soda. However, right before period time is okay to have a little bit more IMO.....your body really wants something for a good reason.......
Eat a lot of fiber rich food to help feel fuller....one of my diet staples is beans and fruit.....

Vitamin B and Omega 3 help reduce those cravings. If you're not a vitamin taker substitute that by having some salmon and some bananas or an Orange and see if that helps. Also try to stear clear of things that are high in sugar, these will only make you crave sweeter things. When I start to get my cravings really bad I give in to a bite size snickers and that takes care of me for about a week or so until I start craving something else.
