has any famous people come to your club or if they did were they a good tipper?
I worked at a club in baltimore, and the only somewhat famous people that came in were a few of the Ravens football players, and when they did, I never saw them tip a girl, or get ld's, or really spend money of any kind. It seems to me the richer the people are the more greedy they are with the money.
The L.A. Clippers came in to a club I worked at. They wanted to hear rap on butt rock night and the place was dead, but the DJ still wouldn't budge...so they left. We all got our hopes up for $$$ and then nuthin'. I'm in Oregon though so I'm not too likely to run into anyone super huge.
I swear, it is always the people who are really rich and bringing in the money that never spend it.
RD, either the last or second-to-last night I worked at GGC what's his face, the guy who hosts Fear Factor was in there. His buddy was like "do you recognize this guy?!!?" me: "uhhh... sorry?" host-guy: "*rolling eyes at buddy*" buddy: "you watch Fear Factor??"
me: "Nope." buddy: "oh. he's the host." me: "Oh, nice to meet you. *Shakes hand from stage where I'm wearing nothing but my shoes*"
It was a rather amusing moment.
Yeah, athletes, actors, musicians, etc. Most of the time they are not good tippers, but there are a few exceptions.
Along with a handful of other dancers I did a VIP with Madonna. Her party tipped very well and was alot of fun, especially the gay guys in the group!
WOW Madonna...its freakin Madonna...that musta have been awesome!!!!
Owen Wilson came into Spearmint Rhino LA while I was working there. He was by himself and only stayed a little while but I was so excited to see him!
we used to get pro ball players all the time. they were so-so tippers most of the time. Our bread-and-butter were always middle-aged white-collar guys, but the pro athletes and celebs attracted THEM to the club!
Fred Durst came into my club and he just tipped on stage. Did not buy dances or anything though.
Korn came in one night tipped me onstage bought a dance from me then tried to convince me and several other girls to come back to the tour bus to ''hang out and party''::)
I declinded but I think one or two girls took them up on there offer. The lead singer was really nice but the rest of the band were assholes!
I asked one guy for an autogragh for my boyfriend since he is a fan and on one side he autographed a picture of him then on the back he wrote to me''Come fuck me and his phone number''.-I did not see the back untill after I gave it to my Bf though and he promptly threw it away.lol.
Lords of acid was also at my club they were very nice and good tippers.
The best tipper I have heard about was Nelly. He tipped over 10.000 dollars in like an hour at the hustler club when I worked there but was not there that night:( but he gave a friend of mine 3,000 dollars and bought everyone expensive champange ect...
I got to hear about it for the next week. I was kicking myself for not going in that night.:-\
The owner of a proffessional sports team.
He was at a table with some business associates, all wearing expensive suits and smoking fine cigars. One asked about the prices of private dances, and they started complaining that they were $20..."like an awfully steep price. Do you get two songs for that?"
There was a thread about celebrities a while back, and I wrote a huge post about my experiences in this regard. I will spare you all the repetition, but this part is worth it...Quote:

Since I had no idea who the guy was I politely said "Hi, nice to meet you", whereupon my friend's jaw dropped, and he repeated the name with more emphasis, as you might say "THE KING of ENGLAND" to a mentally deficient child.
So I said "Yes, great...so how are you doing?" My friend was so totally and obviously embarassed and disgusted with me that I knew I had screwed up, which puzzled me because I thought I was being very nice. The guy, whoever he was, didn't seem to mind that I had failed to kiss his ass.
Needless to say I didn't lose any sleep over it.
From my experience the only celebs (minor or major) who spend much cash on strippers are rap guys and some pro athletes. They like to pimp it like in the videos ;D
Lotta celebs are quite cool with not being recognized and fawned over ;)
I posted already on another thread, but we had the Harlem Globe Trotters in last week. They didn't stay long though or spend.
I met Jonathon Davis (lead singer of Korn) also! They came into a club in Beaumont. He was very sweet, but I must agree, his company were assholes. They spent a few dollars, nothing special.Quote:

That's another thing I can't stand..men that have money out the wazoo always act like 20 or 30 bucks is SO much for a lapdance, and make a big deal about it. Fuckin hell, ya know? We are there to make money, and if you have enough of it, whats 30 bucks? The club I worked at had 20$ tuesdays, ld's all day & night 20$..they changed it one week to Wednesdays, and a guy was going to get a ld from me, and said, 20$, right? I was like no, they just changed it to Wednesdays from now on. He ended up not getting one because of a 10 dollar difference! Cheap ass.
Ron Jeremy, that porn star actor, came into The Clubhouse a few weeks ago and I got to sit on his lap and he played with my tits, but I'm such a dork I didnt even know who he was, nor get an autograph, nor ask for a job in LA. oh well.
i met brooks and dunn, the country group. that was pretty cool...
We've had tons- mostly in sports:
1. Jeremy Shockey (NY Giants)
2. Movan
3. Sting
4. Ron Jeremy
5. Vin Diesel
6. Eric Barton (NY Jets)
7. Jenna Jameson and entourage
8. Anthony Michael Hall
9. Marcus Schenkenberg
10. Richard Dryfus
I know there are tons more- I just can't think of them
Oh yeah, that group Raskel Flats came in here too
and Tommy Lee
I wouldn't mind meeting Vin Diesel.
Joe Pesci came in the Lace club in Wayne, NJ. I heard the owner was friends with him. The owner rounded up 6 blonde dancers to give him a lapdance. After about a 1/2 hour in the back room with him, all the girls came out complaining that they never got paid for all that time with him. He didn't even tip them on his own:(
