Private Dancer
I recently got a job with a company called "Escort Angels." People hire private dancers for bachelor parties or any occasion they want. I have my first job tomorrow evening and I have a few questions.
First, what do I wear over my outfit? Second, what should I bring with me? Do I bring my own music or will they have something that I will be dancing to? And the most important question is how do I start? How do I begin dancing? And what exactly should I do when I am dancing. It will be for 2 hours for one or two men, I believe. Specifically, step by step, what should I do? I need any and all advice I can get! I am pretty much clueless. Thanks so much!

Re: Private Dancer
Be very clear on your personal limits and don't go beyond them.
Dances at bachelor parties, (if like stag dos in the UK), are far stronger than in strip clubs, etc. Frstly, because it is a private function the legal limits on what is permissible tend to be relaxed. Secondly, because it is a private function, you will be expected to put on a strong act, and actively encouraged to go as far as possible.
Also make sure your personal security is assured - it's a private function and you need to take precautions accordingly.
Good luck.

Re: Private Dancer
hey sweetie,
first off, have you ever danced before? reason being it's seems it would be hard to just jump into something like that if you haven't. but, i can give you as much advise as i can. the company that you are working for did they give you any info? like will you have a bouncer with you or are you going alone. i would do my makeup and stuff before hand so when you get there you can just change into what ever you are going to wear. that would probably be easier.
the dancing part, sometimes music will be provided but, to be on the safe side take music you will be comfortable dancing to. i don't know what of if you feel comfortable doing but, you could bring baby oil and rub on yourself while you dance. then a towel to wipe off and stuff like that. pretty much just have fun and dance like you would if you were dancing for a boyfriend/husband. i hope i helped out a little and let me know how it goes. good luck :)
and have fun!

Re: Private Dancer
Typically at the agency I work at the have rookies do a song at another dancer's party so they can see what to do. But it sounds like your already booked for this.
Best way to in this situation is bring your own security-- an experienced security person can often help guide you your first time.

Re: Private Dancer
P.S. you may want to ask your agency if they can reccommend security for you.
