club making dancers do private parties plus
Okee, so the other post about private parties reminded me of my old club. One of their policies was that any of their normally pastie dancers were required to do private parties through the club if selected. Some girls had pictures on the website and other times guys would come in and be like "that girl! she's hot, can we have her at our party?" About 90% of the parties are full nude. In addition, two girls were telling me about one party, wherein one of the managers was bouncing - apparently the guys weren't tipping at all, but the manager told the girls that the guys had paid $350 to see a show and therefore, they should do a girl-girl show. Here's an exact quote from one of them: "but I really think it should be my choice as to whether or not I get my pussy eaten out!" :O
Isn't that kind of illegal? Or at least fucked up? I didn't really think about it until just now. They also are notoriously AWFUL about telling girls about what goes on at parties, level of contact-wise and such. Bleh. I'd love to do private parties again, honestly, definitely not the way they were done through that club.

Private parties are great provided you can find an affordable bouncer and get consistant jobs. I got into this business due to a friend of mine who much like you mentioned worked at a club and was forced to do some private parties because of that. She got sick of club management but had met enough clients to build up a customer base and start up on her own. A little ways in she started advertising in some of the night life papers and after a bit started getting booked up. So that's when she asked me if I would be interested and that's how I got into the business (not to praddle on unncessarily).
Anyway, private parties are great provided you have adequete protection with you. I have two regular bouncers/security personell I use both are fairly reasonable with their service price. One of them also acts as a driver for me which saves a lot of time changing outfits in the back when going from job to job on a busy Friday or Saturday night. The big thing is build up a clientel base and find a way to gradually expand your business and set your prices consistantly for all customers. I normally have a weekend rate and a weekday rate. If you make exceptions for people too frequently people will say "My friend got you to do a show for X on a Saturday night".
I like the work though it is inconsistant, the big thing is return clients doing poker parties, big sporting events and things like that. The rest of the work is primarily birthdays and bachelor parties and that's where it's mostly word of mouth (or cards you might give out after a show). Using the nightlife newspapers usually just brings in people asking you to match prices or asking how much you'll do, it just takes time to build up a customer base.
If you're thinking about doing parties again I hope I was some help to you.
Re: club making dancers do private parties plus
We aren't even allowed to discuss private parties in my club. Almost everyone does them but when asked by a customer we have to contact them outside of the bar. I think because it can be viewed as solicitation in this state. I can't imagine a club booking parties.
Re: club making dancers do private parties plus
When you have private security/bouncer do they have to be licensed or anything, or can it just be a big guy??, as I am looking to go into bouncing etc. and I feel I have the body now, but id rather start out small(protection at parties) to see if I like it
Re: club making dancers do private parties plus
I doubt any girl would trust someone who wanted to be their bouncer without knowing them. It would be seen as wanting to see the show free.
If you want to go into this line of work pursue it from a differebt angle first. A customer of mine who is a professional bodyguard is actually a fairly small guy and told me that it isnt always necessary to have size. Its brains and training.
