It was Mrs. Scarlet with a candlestick in the library...
The funniest shit happened at my work the other day. While I was home Saturday night taking the night off, something crazy happened. At the end of the night, somebody stole the dance sheet! The girls at my club do alot of dances... and we pay $5 out of the $20. 4 girls who were laughing got fired, which was absolutely rediculous, lucky i wasn't there. Nobody will admit to it, so the 4 girls are out of work until someone fesses up. I just thought this was kind of funny, because the club lost a few grand off girls that night. Has this ever happend at anyone's club too?

MUHAHA it was ME!!! i snuck in and stole it for you :)
shame on your managers. hah i love it.
Re: It was Mrs. Scarlet with a candlestick in the library...
Serves them right, clubs shouldn't get ANY of the LD money. They get the inflated drink prices and they get the entrance fee, that ought to be enough. As a customer it's really annoying to have to deal with someone other than the dancer when buying private dances, and it's doubly annoying to know that some of the money goes to the club. I try to avoid such places. Rant, rant, rant.
Re: It was Mrs. Scarlet with a candlestick in the library...
It has been a while, but it has happened at a small club I worked at.
Re: It was Mrs. Scarlet with a candlestick in the library...
wow. wish that would happen in my club...
Re: It was Mrs. Scarlet with a candlestick in the library...
we have to pay right after our dances, so that would never do me any good.
Re: It was Mrs. Scarlet with a candlestick in the library...
I was there that night! It was fucking hillarious. I wasn't working but I came in to chill and get drunk. Well peace!
Re: It was Mrs. Scarlet with a candlestick in the library...
That is funny that this happened, although it really sucks that girls got fired for laughing. Glad that I have always danced in clubs that allow you to keep all your money. Tip outs around here are steep though. I usually pay around 80 bucks but I am not complaining.

If I knew I could get away with doing that, Id do it!!!
Re: It was Mrs. Scarlet with a candlestick in the library...
Wouldn't it be funny if a customer was looking for some paper to use for writing and just grabbed the first piece of paper he could find?
I have worked at many clubs that simply use a spiral bound notebook as the dance sheet, and occasionally it was unattended. Drunk guy sees notebook paper, grabs a piece and leaves thinking no big deal.
Maybe if clubs would like to fess up to the IRS they could have a little more professional way of keeping track of thier income :rotfl:
