talking when new song starts??
in my club, we have single $40 dances upstairs in private rooms...whenever i take a guy up there, i always wait for the next song to start, but sometimes we are in a conversation when the next song starts...generally i have been asking him if he is ready for his dance yet, but i really feel that i am cutting them off when i do this, therefore breaking a possible connection i could be making...my question is: would it be better to keep talking through the next song, or just keep doing what i am now??...if i do talk through the song, do i charge them for it?... i mean, i DID sit through a dance with them, and i don't want to loose money, but on the other hand, that seems a little dishonest to me-they came upstairs for the promise of a dance, not to sit and chat with me for $40....
Re: talking when new song starts??
start slowly striiping your clothes off as the new song starts....He wil be mesmirized..and then you can say, "well, Jim, are you ready for that sexy dance?" And start dancing for him. He knows damn well that he has to pay for a song while he's there and if youre time is worth money, he wants to get some free time talking.,..
Re: talking when new song starts??
As long as you're taking something off it's a dance. If you're talking then at the start of your song keep talking, and wiggle your hips or something while you continue talking. Sometimes the conversation gets so involving they won't even notice that you're not naked. you can just talk and sit on his lap with your thong or even top (happens to me all the time.. Only once some asshole complained)
I would say that talking in VIP happens to me more often than dancing in VIP, and the talkers spend more money. They just wanna talk and if they're enjoying the conversation they will be happy to pay you afterward.
Re: talking when new song starts??
I always just start when the next song comes on. I'll keep talking as I stand up and take off my top. The one thing I hate though is when they ask to take a break between songs to talk. That's just losing money, so I tell them I don't mind just as long as they know that every song in the VIP costs whether or not we are dancing.

Bingo. They know you're there for a dance, so start dancing. You can talk and strip at the same time.

Those $40 upstairs booths @ Gold Club are in high demand. Girls and customers stand in line for them. Just explain to the customer that you are being charged a percentage of the dance fee to be up there and time can't be wasted. When I took guys up there I would begin to dance immediately AND ask for a tip. That's the best way to make money in that club, don't ruin if for the other girls by "hanging out." Good luck! ;)

Katrine-
How do you go about asking for a tip? I don't know how to phrase it without sounding pushy/bitchy so I don't -- and am probably losing out!
Thanks

just tell them the price plus tip.. i.e.:
"that will be $100 not including tip"
or
"that will be $100, but any tip is highly appreciated"
This way they don't feel too pressured.. Just hint at it instead of ask "can I have a tip?"
