I have a bit of an issue and I was hesitant to post here but I need some advice. Last Thursday, I got into a serious issue with another dancer that did not end well. She was harrassing another dancer for two weeks, doing everything from taking her stage tips to sitting on her customers laps while she was talking to them. Firday night, she went too far in my opinion. She started flicking ashes on her. It pissed me off so I attempted to do something. I started just sitting on the other girls lap and trying in a non-combative manner to get the other to stop. In the end, I grapped her wrist to hold the cig away and she dug her nails into my arm hard enough to leave a nasty, large bruise.
I was blamed for touching a dancer and nearly sent home while she was fine and harrassed me for the rest of the night. I didn't go in again until Monday when the manager on duty is one I liked. He said that was rediculous, took a picture of the bruise, said he'd have a chat with the dancer, and that I should bring this up at our next meeting (next week). He also said the only reason that happened is because the dancer is the general managers favorite.
At the meeting, the guy above the general manager will be there. I have no idea how to bring this up or what to say. I've only been there a short while and the other dancer has been there years and is a top earner.
Any and all advice is very welcome.
