I think the one Im scoping out is 150$... (topless club) what if I have shitty nights/days and make only like 100 bucks? Do you still have to pay all that? What are average tip outs and house fees? Does it go on how well your night was?

Usually, house fee is paid before you ever start your night. Then, you tip out off of whatever you made that night.
Is it $150 EVERY night? Or just the busy nights? Do they have tiers (if you come in for an earlier shift, you pay $40...the later you come in you pay more)?
Average tip outs and house fees vary by club, city and state. Have you checked out the dancer reviews of NH clubs in the Clubs and Review sections?
ours is paid at the end of the night
10% or $10 to DJ which ever is more. $23 house fee, and $7 or more to housemom. So a minimum of $40 a night.

My old club was $18 if you checked in before 7 and then $25 after that. But we also tipped the dj $10 and the bartender $5 and the all the bouncers $5 and gave $7 out of every dance back to the club.
It didn't sound like too much when I started but after making like $400 one night and tipping out more than half what I made I left there. It's only good if you make more on stage than in lapdances.

Mine was 50$ flat in Alaska, no matter how much you made, and then it was like 10$ from every VIP. At the Gold Club in Baltimore, its 50$ day/or night, 5$ to each bouncer, 10$ to the dj, 10$ if you are late to stage, 10$ for each drink you dont sell, and if you dont do promotions (which you dont get paid to do) its $50 a month.
At my club,if you show up and are ready between 8PM and 10PM,the tip out is $50.I get ready by 9:50PM,LOL!!!
If there's a high house fee, it means girls really want to work there. And if girls really want to work there, then they are probably making great money.
It's not about what you pay when you're there. it's about what you walk out with.
I used to pay $25 for day and $35 for night at my 1st club...about $10-15 to the dj and whatever you felt like to the bouncers. Pretty low tipout IMO.
I agree with this.. My clubs are concidered the best in town (there are two by the same owner a few miles from each other)Quote:

Plus I pay a $50 jump-on fee because I am not on the schedule so I come in when I want.
It's definitely worth it when I leave, but sounds like a lot when I am just walking in. No matter what we have to pay it, whether it's that night or the next. Some dancers up upwards of $5,000 since they are fined for not coming in when on the schedule or showing up late or leacing early.. I don't think I would be a dancer if I owed that much, but they only have to tip-out a $100 of their fine each night so I guess it works for them.
The club I work at is weekdays $25, & a min of $10 to the dj...and on the weekends $35 with a min of $10 to the dj.......
the club i work at right now is free house fees until august !! because of construction. but usually for the shift i work its $40. + 10% tip out . the most expensive shift is grave , its $60. + 10% tip out.
house fee: $10
10% to the DJ
5% to the bar
There is no cut to the house for dances or VIPs.
I'm pretty happy with this arrangement.
Back up north, the first club I worked at didnt have a house fee. Just tip the manager, bartender, and bouncer. The 2nd club was a flat house fee of $15. The club I'm at now here in Florida has 3 tip outs...
Day shift is $10.
Afternoon shift is $20.
Evening shift is $25.
And they dont MAKE you tip the DJ, but they highly suggest it.
Seems like in some Manhattan clubs the fees are the highest.
House fee ranges from $28 - $45 depending on what time you come in. Students pay $30-35 after 8:00 p.m. and Sundays are $28 flat.
Since the DJ gets $10 from every tip out and housemom gets $5, dancers tip as they see fit which is typically $5 to $20. The club gets zilch of our stage or dance money, but they do charge customers $4 for every $20 in funny money.
If a dancer sells a champagne for VIP, the club keeps all $150-300 of the champagne cost and the dancer gets to set her own rate for VIP (again, she keeps all the money). It is also $20 to skip a stage.
Is this just a Texas thing? I can't imagine paying "$10 or 10% - whichever is more" of my earnings to a DJ and actually being cool with it. I guess if the DJ does something spectacular, I would - and I have tipped $20+ - but I just would not under any circumstances give say $80 to a DJ after an $800 night. Heck, I don't even like giving them $20 to skip - which consists of erasing the name of one girl and calling up the next - especially since the girl replacing me doesn't get anything from it (shouldn't she be getting the $20?).
Something about that doesn't seem right...
My house fee now is $10 if you get 3 dances, nothing if you dont. And, 10% to the DJ, %5 to cashier (no one pays that) and $1 0r $2 dollars per drink for waitress.
$ 10 House
$ 10 Housemom
$ 10 dj.
Not bad for me. We can tip more if we want to.
If I'm on time (which for me is noon, I do days)-
$10 to the house
$10 MINIMUM to the DJ (I DJ off and on too so I always tip at least $20)
$5 min. to the house mom
$5 min. to the valet
These are all minimums so you get what you pay for. No tip= no one ever going out of their way for you.
The later you come in the higher your tip-out to the house. I think it goes up to $25 after noon and then another $10 every hour thereafter.
They are also pretty cool about the really slow days. If you don't make any money once in a while they'll let you slide on house. First club I've ever worked at that does that and I think it's great!
mine is $40 if you're there on time.
$55 after 7.
$60 if you leave early, and where there on time or...
$75 if you get there after 7 and leave before 2.
Plus $20 to DJ, MIN $8 to mom, MIN $5 to bouncers, MIN $5 Valet. I always tip minimum because house gets to be expensive.
My overall is usually between $80 and $100 tip out. A lot of girls pay around $150.
to all of you....you really have to come to our club because we are house fee FREE ! grinsss
oh this is not normal i would never work at a club where i have to pay house fee i think there is no club in Europe where they ask house fee ... or?Quote:

Club 1: $10 house + $10 per $20 dance
Club 2: Sell 5 drinks at $10 each, pay for what you don't sell as housefee. $5 to each bouncer and $10 to DJ. No per dance fee.
Club 3: $15 housefee, min. $5 to housemom and min. $5 to DJ. [both got mad if you tipped the min. on anything other than a rotten night] $5 per $20 dance fee.
Club 4: $10+ housefee depending on when you arrive [up to $60] plus min. $5 to each bouncer, housemom, manager, parking guy. plus min. $15 to DJ. I ended up paying close to $100 once everyone was accounted for and housefee. $5 per $25 dance fee.
Club 5: Free - $60 depending on when you arrive. Min. $10 to DJ and combined bouncers, $5 to housemom. No per dance fee.
REDHED, is this Mark's [only club in NH]? I've been thinking about checking it out, but that seems pretty steep. Or are you going out-of-state?
