new angle for Euro girls wishing to work in US clubs
L1 IntraCompany Transfer Visa
If you work at a company outside of the United States which has some type of branch or related office in the United States, you can come to the United States as an Intracompany Transferee. It can be approved in as fast as two to three months. The visa can be extended for up to 7 years depending on the type of employee you are.
If you are a manager, and later want to get your green card, you can quickly obtain your green card as a Multi-National Manager. Otherwise, if you are not a manager, and decide you want your green card, you can apply for 'Labor Certification' while you have your Intracompany Transferee Visa.
Your spouse and unmarried children can come to the United States once your visa is approved. Additionally, you children can go to school in the United States without a problem.

Theoretically at least, any girl who is able to get hired in a Spearmint Rhino club in the UK, Russia, Australia etc. should now have an easy time of it to obtain an L1 visa on the premise of transferring to a US Spearmint Rhino affiliated club !
Re: new angle for Euro girls wishing to work in US clubs
Melonie,
This angle sounds great in theory, but having worked at the SR, in Vegas, each club appears to operate almost completely independantly of the other, taking on a highly localized model of globalization. This means that each SR is locally responsive, but not really globally structured.
I have more to say on how this visa idea is great in theory, but probably not realistically achieved, and will comment more on this tomorrow. I have only worked in one SR, but have been by the SR in Moscow. My perspective is from theories I've learned in the global discipline of the MBA program and may be far off reality. Any other perspective on this would be really thought provoking.

Now that's interesting!
I agree that these clubs are often totally independednt of each other. Even within the same country clubs of the same name in different cities have buckleys to do with each other; but still it could in theory or with a certain amount of luck, work... I hope other people add something useful to this! (-:

In addition, wouldn't this opportunity only be valid for a company employee and not an independant contractor. Do you think that the company will have a legitimate reason to bring dancers versus chemical engineers into this transfer visa?
