I was reading Jenna Jameson's autobio (which is awesome by the way) and she recommended using neosporin for shaving instead of shaving cream or lotion to get less irritation. Has anyone tried this?

I use it.... works for me. But keep in mind that not everyone has skin like she does. Depends a lot on your sensativity.
I'll have to try it. Sounds weird, but conditionder works for a lot of girls I know
i actually use alcohol or bactine after i shave and then the neosporin ... i do that everyday and it works well...
Read her book, too
I especially like the term "turbo-breasted"
I get razor bumps as well :~(
are you supposed to use the neosporin AS you shave, or AFTER you shave?
as you shave.
I use the neosporin on my bikini area and it works great. By the way, Jenna's book is awesome, I bought a copy. ;)
I use baby oil. I'm too thrifty to use Neosporin all over while shaving that area, maybe right after. Medicated powder dusting might help too.
I use the triple antibiotic generic that is the same as neosporin from 99cent store or big lots. it's only a buck.
I will definitley try that. Baby oil, powser, conditioner, and shaving cream have ALL failed me. I also can't use certain tyupes of body wash, lotions, cosmetics . . . . Bumps, blisters, and zits galore! (it's the curse of light, sensitive, soft skin!
If anybody else has a suggestion, let me know!
If I'm irritated or been shaving a lot:
I exfoliate, baby oil or use a high quality lotion, shave NOT against the grain w/ Mach3 ravor - dry off, then some hydrogen peroxide and triple antibiotic cream.
Usually just the first part works, though, it's only if I'm already about to get bad razor burn that I use a full regiment.
I'm definitely going to try that the next time I shave my kitty. I mostly just put deodorant on after I'm done and it usually works, but lately I've still been getting some bumps, so this is worth a try.
