traveling to hollywood- need advice on clubs
hey girls,
im taking a trip to hollywood at the end of the month, & need to finance my trip. im not looking for the big bucks (as ive heard theyre not in the LA area) just trying to finance my trip. any advice on clubs is much appreciated. keep in mind- im not 21, im a natural/innocent looking type, & im looking to work for only a week or two.
as of right now im considering deja vu north hollywood & the body shop. so any info. on those clubs in particular will help (how to get hired, best nights to work, tell them im going to stay for longer??) also, any info. on the amateur contests at these clubs would be helpful...the only one ive ever done seemed rigged, will it be like that?? thanks!!

I've worked for the Body Shop in Hollywood. Belive me on this, girl. It's a shit hole!! And the owners are some of the meanest owner/managers I've ever witnessed in all of my dancing career. Plus there isn't enough money to make up for it. I've never worked at Deja Vu before... But I know where there's alot of money; Go to the Spearmint Rhino in LA. It's off of the 10 freeway... I'll bet you can google it for directions. I used to waitress there before I started dancing... and I used to see those girls leave with no less than 1000 buck each. The average dance count there is 40 to 100 per night!!! It's a mad house!! You have to try it!

Keep in mind that individual results may vary 8) .

I don't know about clubs but Hollywood Blvd is great shopping for stripper shoes and clothes!

Hey Mixie, I've been researching this as well. Hustler in Beverly Hills, Crazy Girls on La Brea, and Seventh Veil on Sunset are all worth checking out. But as Paris said, individual results may vary... :)
Re: traveling to hollywood- need advice on clubs
Deja vu north hollywood is in the valley which is over the hill from hollywood, so it's not anywhere close to the main part of hollywood. North hollywood and hollywood are completely two different cites. It's like a 10 or 12 mile drive from hollywood to north hollywood. Be aware traveling 10 miles on major freeways here can be a 30 minute drive sometimes. Look at this map it will clear up the cities in the los angeles area -----> http://www.losangelesalmanac.com/LA/lamap2.htm
