Smile, don't curl your body up when you are landing, remember, you aren't falling down THAT far, it's just a few inches really.
Try to straighten your neck and keep your head away from the pole, this way you look confident, and your hair can flow.
Thank you!! :) Im so nervous and I dont know why! If I was turned down for any other job I wouldn't mind, I suppose Im just thinking if I get turned down for this it is because Im not sexy enough etc... so silly! But its something I've wanted to do for so long, and I know Im making the right decision! I suppose once Ive done it I will look back at these nerves and laugh!!
Yes, there will come a day where you'll forget how nervous you are..........remember to smile.
i wish you the best of luck sweetie!!..tell us how it went
An audition really isn't about how adept you are at pole tricks; it's more about seeing what your body looks like and gauging your personality. Don't worry too much about tricks onstage. It's more important that you look good and smile. Good luck!
I wanted to say, Good Luck with your audition. I can't exactly give pointers for your audition because I have never had one. :-\ Along with that, I tend to avoid the pole as much as possible (I'm a fraidy cat. :P ) But I'm sure you will do great. :D Let us know how it goes.
so, uh...how did it go?
Hey! Audition went really well, I start work tomorrow night! Really excited! Ive wanted to do this for soooo long and am just so pleased it went so well! And the club's fantastic, really good fun and lovely staff!
Thanks for all the advice and support! ;D
