hey girls, i have a problem with my arms, they are pretty flabby. I’m not exactly in the best of shape however; it's a problem id like to make a better situation of. Also any tips on toning the stomach area would be great too.

arm circles. Pretty simple start small and work to big ones.
Tone arms can lift weights, use pilates bands, even push-ups work great too. Basic ab crunches, pilates, doing ab exercises on a stability ball works great too. Belly dancing shapes the abs nice because moving the belly in all different directions. Many things can help tone up the body such as cardio, strength training, yoga, pilates, stretching, and eating healthy too. I follow fitness videos they are many out there to learn from and follow along too to help tone the body.
Tricep dips are excellent for toning and can be done anywhere (chair, coffee table, etc.).
