I was wondering how to look busy even when you aren't. I find I make more money when customers think I'm on high demand but our club hasn't been busy lately.
Thankyou /:O

I work in a small club were if isnt busy, it is easy to notice. When it is like this I take adavantage of going in out of VIP and Champange Room, if there is no one in the room. Een being in there for a minute or two seems to catch someones attention. Plus, I trick myself into thinking that I need to get back in there. Im making it my goal to stay out of the dressing room and away from the bar if there is even the slightest chance that I can make money somewhere. Love the summertime.
i have a 1-5 minute rule with customers.
If nothing seems to be happening within that time frame I move on and come back again.
Otherwise you end up sitting around.
I pop in and out of the dressing room and am a social butterfly even if there is only a couple of people. (which in that case you can extend the time limit a LITTLE)
Simply walking around makes you busy. ( Move at a natural pace.)
This is what works for me.
I do the in-and-out of VIP thing as well, making sure I walk like I'm in a hurry to wherever I'm going. If it is just not going to happen for me, I'll go to the dressing room for awhile - going through the VIP just for looks-sake :D
If you are allowed to sit at the bar, sometimes sipping a glass of wine and playing the "I'm just getting in and need to warm up" or the "I'm waiting for my big spender"role works. You don't have to say anything (unless asked), just project it.
