Getting implants re-done- ? for anyone who has breast implants
Hi! I am getting my implants re-done next month and I will be going larger this time! I have the high profile implants and I am thinking about switching them to larger moderate profile because my current implants are not wide enough. I love the projection that I have now but do not like the wide gap in between my breasts. This will hopefully be my last surgery so I want to get it right this time! I told my surgeon from day one that I needed more cc`s to get the size I wanted but he disagreed and I was right. I will try to post a link to the picture of my boobs. Anyway my question is in your opinion which style of breast implants look better, moderate or high profile?

I personally like the 'full' look ... which is achieved by using a high cc rating standard profile implant rather than a lower cc rating high profile implant. Round Mentor implants actually have the largest diameter vs cc rating of any easily available implants. These implants have a larger diameter which fills the chest wall better i.e. lowers the odds of a large gap between breasts. If you want a bit more 'oomph' as well, you can simply overfill the standard profile implants beyond their catalog cc rating by 15-20%.
Also keep in mind that if you fill your implants to 1000cc or more, they DO become eligible for a business expense tax deduction per the IRS 'Chesty Love' letter ruling - meaning that between federal and NY state tax that probably 1/3rd of the re-do cost will be paid back to you in the form of lower income taxes. Explaining the 1001cc tax deduction is also a very good way for patients to convince plastic surgeons that they actually NEED big breast implants (versus allowing the plastic surgeon to assume that you are a 'normal girl' with a 'normal job' and thus likely to sue if your breasts come out bigger than 'normal').
