I write on Xanga and a lot of my "friends" there use jusspress.com to host video clips for their dig cams. Anyone know of anything that mac users can use (free please) to post video clips to xanga blogs?
Thanks

Hi cassidy,
You can use jusspress just like your PC buddies, but you need to download the special Mac version of their file xfer application:
http://jusspress.com/binaries/JussDrop.sit
If you have difficulties, try saving your videoclips as MOV (Quicktime) or MPG3(not mpg4!) as jusspress is a bit finicky about the file formats for video clips- PC and Mac.
Last I checked jusspress wasn't letting mac users use video (they even emailed me with my answer) Is this something that has just changed in the last two months maybe less?
Either way I am downloading that right now. Thanks
Errm.. could be the other way around and they've recently removed Mac support.. it's been a looong while since I've messed with MacOS + jusspress.com. I do know they have been moving more towards WMV 9 (Windows Media) more in recent months, so hopefully that proggy will still allow you to hoist up files from the past.Quote:

A freebie 10/20mb webspace host, you might be able to store a couple shorter videoclips on. Then from your blogs, just put a link to the geocities/tripod template page... not sure if you're familiar enough with how to do that though. :)
