Planning on Getting Implants
Hey ladies. I am considering getting breast implants in January. I' ve lost eleven pounds so far and my natural 34 DD breasts are starting to sag and there is loose skin from the weight loss. I' d like to lose about ten more pounds that would leave me at 5'10 and 135 pounds.. I don't think that is too thin for me but as I get closer to my goal I will reevaluate my body and goals. I expect more sagging and loose skin as I lose the rest of the weight. I always like the way implants looked. I'd like my breast to be firmer and bit larger so why not buy a set. I was wondering if any of you that have implants had fairly large breast to begin with? Are you happy with the outcome of your surgery? Any lifts and implants ladies out there?
Re: Planning on Getting Implants
I would think that a lollipop would give you what you want. I am having done next year.
Re: Planning on Getting Implants
Lollypop? Care to explain what that is?
Just googled it, nevermind..
Re: Planning on Getting Implants
I had a 34D before a miscarriage and 15 lb weight loss that left me a 34B, i had implants to make me a 34dd and i am perfectly happy. I could not be that small after always having what i considered large boobs, and since i was gonna go through it i decided to go a little bigger. Best decesion ever, love em!! Go for it.
Re: Planning on Getting Implants
i'm also 5'10 and weigh about as much as you... right now im at 145.. i know it sounds like a lot, but im very thin and toned... trying to cut back ten pounds seems like you might look somewhat skeletal..... im just curious thats all....
Re: Planning on Getting Implants
i am having implants done soon as well. I had big boobies but three children sucked all the life out of them..lol.. when i talked to the dr about a lift, he suggested waiting on the lift and after the implants were in, you can make a better choice b/c if the implant is put under the muscle, most of the time, it lifts them naturally. unless your nipples point to the floor, you probably wont need one. your best bet is to talk to the surgeon and see what he/she thinks. good luck!

Re: Planning on Getting Implants
She's 34 DD, that's pretty big. If they are simply sagging, putting implants in are gonna make her HUGE!!!
Re: Planning on Getting Implants
My experience...
I used to be a 36C, then I got into a fitness craze and lost about 15 pounds, primarily from running, running, and more running. My boobies shrank to a saggy 34A! Anyway, I elected for a full anchor lift with 625cc under muscle, round smooth implants this put me at a 34DD.
SexyGemini, a full anchor lift is with a scar underneath, around the nipple, and vertical line connecting the two. A lollipop lift is w/o the underneath scar, and a donut lift is just a scar around the nipple. With a breastlift, your PS is going to determine the degree of ptosis (sagging) you have in your breast. If its a level I you can probably have just implants and no lift or a donut lift, level II a lollipop, and level III a full anchor.
You can do an at home test by putting a pencil under the crease of your breast. If the pencil is stays in place, you definately have moderate ptosis in your breast. In addition, if your nips point downward then you probably have severe ptosis and will need a full anchor lift.
If you only have mild sagginess, then an implant can help lift your breast up without excision of any skin.
Lots of people are intimidated by getting a lift b/c of the scars. Everyone will heal differently, but my nipple/vertical scars are not even noticeable and I use dermablend camoflauge on my underneath scars b/c they are a little reddish.
I love my boobies too b/c they are big and natural(ish) looking.
Re: Planning on Getting Implants
alright, i know i'm a guy so i don't know if i have much pull in this topic, but maybe i thought i should reply?? idk. but anywhoo. 34 DD is pretty F**ckin massive there. me personally, i don't mins a little give to breasts, i mean to me there is no such thing as "fake breasts" if you can touch em they're not fake! lol. i don't know what you look like but i can bet that you're a pretty girl, and also you have a lot more goin for you than your breasts. not saying not to get the implants...but...hmm..i don't know if i got the point across lol...it's 7 45 in the morn and i just got done with my coffee lol..uhh god i hate class. i guess key point is...you're beautiful...you're losing wight and should be proud of that which i'm sure you are :) and don't feel like you need those implants to ake your self more desirable, i'm sur guys probably drool over you anwaya. nothin better than a girl that knows how to work the hips hehe.
Re: Planning on Getting Implants
Well I'm in the same boat you are girl, lol.
I have lvl 3 sag with 34D's.
Next year I'm getting a "scarless" internal lift with a 540cc co-gel silicone implants behind the muscle.
I'm really curious to see what they will turn out looking like, lol. Really nervous too.
Keep me posted to see what yours turn out looking like.

Re: Planning on Getting Implants
You can get a small implant put in and remain the same cup size. The only thing that changes is volume.Ask your doc.

I want to find a doctor that does the cohesive gel implants around here (MA,RI)! When next year do you plan on getting them done?
Re: Planning on Getting Implants
I Am So Glad For This Information, I Am A Natural 34d And Everyone Says My Boobs Are Awesome, But I Really Like The Way Fake Boobs Look Like They Are On A Shelf And I Think They Look Much Better In Clothing, Especially The Gowns.

Exactly. I love large breast. I really love large fake ones and agree that they look much better in clothing.

Re: Planning on Getting Implants

Re: Planning on Getting Implants
Wow, good luck! I hope it works out.
Re: Planning on Getting Implants
I got implants four years ago. I was a small 34D now a 34DD. I too like how fake boobs look. Unfortunately, mine look very real, like most people cant tell. That was a huge disappointment to me. I'm getting them redone soon, hopefully my next doctor will be ableto give me what I was looking for. I will probably go up half a size of so more.
Re: Planning on Getting Implants
Kitten, How many cc did you go?
