I agree 100% with the last two posts. I don't even bother with the young guys for that reason.

I too love older guys, as far as customers go. I just treat them like anyone else, normal conversation, and if they are married (i.e. wearing a wedding ring) I usually make a joke like, "So are you allowed to be here?" ANd that 999% of the time relaxes rhem and gets them laughing. You just have to have a funny, gigggly tone of voice. And then I tell them I have two kids (sometimes I ask if they have kids first, either way I say the following) and I pull out my cell phone and show them my pictures of my two kids, Lil Goldberg age 7, and Baby #3 who is 1 1/2. And yes they are cats, that always gets them laughing and relaxed as well, plus they feel like I have let them into a personal part of my life thusfore they are "special" now!
In the early evening when we have mostly an older business crowd I wear a classier outfit and that seems to help.
Agreed. They also happen to like Asian women too and that works wonderfully in my favor, heheh!!!Quote:

I'll never forget this or get a dance from this dancer, and I still see her in there on a regular basis. It was my thrid or fourth time in this club, that I frequent regularly when I can. I hit their happy hour on my way home, there were 5 girls there, and only 6 customers. All the customer were sitting solo except for 2 buddies. The girls were just standing at the bar, smoking and doing shots. Noone hustling.
3 girls have already been on stage (one of them twice), and noone has tipped anyone at this point, including the buddies sitting front row. This girl I find most attractive gets up for her set, second song, I break the ice and give her a few single during her set. Solid eye contact, thank yous, etc. I go sit down at my table, and expect her to stop by. Instead she walks right past me, 2 tables over to an old guy who had been sitting longer than I. So, I'm a bit miffed at the rejection, but am somewhat happy to overhear him refuse to pay for her drink. I left my table as she was walking over to tip the next girl on stage. Who hadn't been on the floor yet, not as pretty in the face, but a little more athletic which is a reasonable trade off.
Ah, memories for the geriatric set (me)... a favored lady sitting on my lap, saying why she liked me, explaining emotionally, emphasizing with her hands, her very words being, "You make me feel like a princess!"Quote:

A dancer was at my feet, sitting, just doing a little writhe job on the floor. I tried to ask her something - she didn't hear it. I leaned over, cradled her in my forearms, picked her up, and put her on my lap, and repeated what I was trying to say. She was highly entertained, or at least acted like it, and she didn't complain about me being pathetic or anything.Quote:
