That's exactly what the problem (if you, personally, really want to consider it a problem) is- we don't LIKE to eat healthy- we like convenience. We're just a bunch of lazy butts- even I'll admit that. :PQuote:

OK, I am by no means a skinny-mini, I know I need to lose 20lbs. BUT ... overall, I am healthy and take pretty good care of myself. I do not eat fast-food more than once a month, partly for fear of getting fatter and partly for being picky about what I am putting into my body.
While I am a proud american, I must say that there is a reason that nearly every other country calls us "ugly americans". Foreigners are generally appalled by what they see hear...and honestly, can you blame them?? Go to any mall in the US and look around .... it's scary! I think most of you on this website are much smaller than the 'average' (I'm not :( ), but it really scares me to look at the general public sometimes.
That being said, I still think the US is one of the greatest countries out there, but I do wish that the general population would take better care of themselves. It really is a sad state of affairs when it comes to that.
That is so true, when i first came to America i was shocked from the overwheight people that i saw. It's very different over there.....believe me.
And most of the girls there are pretty and in a good shape, and of course is different when you have like 2-3 kids.....you gain some wheight..but still 10 in a hundred may become overwheight. Anyway i gained wheight myself in the firsts years of living here...i think is the food and the use of cars and drive thru's for everything.
Peace.
Oh there would be. It'd just be very different.Quote:
