First time I did something I regret (not what you may think)
First of all let me say that I am honestly a "clean" stripper. No extras at all. I take my job seriously (as much as one can in this business).
Now here is my situation...
In the club I work at guys can buy polaroids for $20 with them and one of the girls. Nudity is at the dancers discrection. Rarely do guys buy photos but last night a guy asked me to get a picture with him. He wanted me nude. I said sure without really thinking about it. I imagined that this poor pathetic guy would probably go home and masturbate to it and that was all. Seemed harmless. Unfortunately I wasn't really using my brain. The manager reminded me again that nudity was optional and I just kinda shrugged sat on his lap and said "Cheese!" Took a look at the photo after it developed. Yep there I was spread eagle on this perverts lap but looking quite hot I admit. He seemed happy so I signed it for him and procceeded to put my clothes back on.
So perv is still standing there chatting at me and says "I asked *another dancer* to take a photo but she said she doesn't do those kinda things. I just kinda shrugged again. And that's when the manager says...."That's why nudity is at dancers discrestion, because these things sometimes end up on the internet."
And that's when it hit me. Damn. Like a Ton Of Bricks. Shit. I can't believe that didn't even cross my mind at the time. And it's not that I felt dirty doing it. It was that this could ruin me. One little polaroid. I panicked for about 15 minutes. I couldn't work. I just kinda lingered at the back stage my mind racing. If perv hadn't of left right then I wouldn't snatched it up and given him his money back. But he was gone. Nothing I could do. Eventually I settled down enough to work the rest of the night but this has been eating at my brain ever since. I can't get rid of the thought that this was a potentially horrible mistake.
So what do you guys think? Am I being dramatic? I want to persue modeling (nude of course) and I will stay in the adult industry because I do love it but I don't want that to surface and ruin my chances with certain agencies.
I'm still just so bothered by this and I don't know why! Everyone here has always given me such great advice I could use some now...Anyone ever in a similar situation?
Also, what about damage control? Let's say one day, to my horror, it does end up on the internet. Are there legal actions I can take to have it removed?
Oh my, I can't believe I let this happen.
Re: First time I did something I regret (not what you may think)
I wouldn't worry about it too much, especially if you want to model nude. Just remember that you may not want to do it again as you'll make much more than $20 a photo when modelling nude for some magazine or website. :)
Re: First time I did something I regret (not what you may think)
Not to worry, that pic would be lost in the zillions of pics within the vast internet porn ether. Just minimize the chances by not signing it with a name you may use in the future. He probably threw it away before his wife or girlfriend could see it or find it.
...but who knows. I still have me and this classy lady's polaroid in my photo album.
Re: First time I did something I regret (not what you may think)
I wouldn't worry about it...really what are the chances that would happen...you are probably right, the guy just wanted a nudie picture, harmless. But now you know..next time you will probably keep the bottoms on! LOL!
Don't worry about it....
Best of luck.
Re: First time I did something I regret (not what you may think)
Even if it did wind up on the internet it's going to be on his blog or a newsgroup he goes to or something small and cheesy. It's not gonna show up on MSN news or anything, where people would actually see it.
Re: First time I did something I regret (not what you may think)
I wouldn't worry about it to much. Like a dumb ass I put a bunch of naked shots of myself on adult friend finder. Hasn't effected me at all..though now and then I do get a few stares in the mall... hmmmm....
I use to kid with this one dancer about who has had more people seen em naked. }:D
Re: First time I did something I regret (not what you may think)
Yeah, I wouldn't worry about it so much. I understand why you are worried though, but like the girls said, there's so much porn out there, even if this guy did post it on the internet, its gonna be on some stupid blog of his or some website that he made, chances of anyone ever seeing it are not very high.
Re: First time I did something I regret (not what you may think)
sugar, i do this for a living (not a dancer yet), and at first i was terrified that everyone would find out. but then, after about a year, it hit me- unless you're in playboy magazine, the vast majority of people will never know, and if they do, even fewer are going to admit to looking at nekkid pictures on the internet. rest easy, hon. :)
Re: First time I did something I regret (not what you may think)
Hmmm... As a lingerie model and being someone dealing w/ photos on a daily basis...I'd be kinda concerned. You'd be suprised how much money pervos make by selling your shit over seas. It's your body, your image, and it's now his "property." Sorry I hate to sound harsh, but I'm really really picky about where and how my photos are used. Also, I can't believe the club isn't having u or them or both sign some kind of release for the photos. You are an independent contractor and should have the rights to your own photos...of course,if you are getting paid the person buying has the rights, but it should be at your discresion how much to get paid for your photo, not the clubs'. FYI, going rates (around my area w/ my experience) for lingerie are 55+ an hour. Nude pays much much more depending on your comfort lvl. Be very selective about your photos, take them as serious as u do your job..that's my advice. Dont jip yourself! Hope it helps!
Re: First time I did something I regret (not what you may think)
Just keep repeating these words: plausible deniability. How can he possibly prove it's you?
Re: First time I did something I regret (not what you may think)
^ Yep, true. Years ago I laughed behind my boyfriend's back as he wishfully ogled a naked pic of Sheryl Crow on the Internet...uh, it was her face pasted onto some anonymous model's body....so.....just tell people you have a psycho ex who does dumb things like that. IF it ever happens.
Re: First time I did something I regret (not what you may think)
Thats great advice above... crazy ex's are good for a reason!
It's not like you have dreams of becoming some high-profile business figure A list celebrity... where your so called "reputation" could be shattered. Even then, i still wouldnt stress. Its just a mini polaroid. I would look into setting your own prices for pics and whatever else was mentioned above.

I don't see how it would really matter, bottoms or not.

And, even then...there are a lot of stars that have XXX pics/vids out...look at annoying Paris Hilton!
I would say, $20 for a full dressed photo, $40 for a topless, and $60 for a full nude (pose your choice). ;)
Re: First time I did something I regret (not what you may think)
maybe the dumb f*** will put it up at newbienudes dot com and pretend you are his girlfriend.
I wouldn't worry about it much. You are probably right, he rubbed one off on the photo when he got home, if he lasted that long.
kicks!
happy new year, everyone.
