Avoiding "Two for one" customers
I work in a peepshow, which is "strictly" one person per booth, yet the managers continually let couples, or groups (2-5) of girls go in the one booth. I only make half the money for multiple people to see my show, and I dont think its fair.
I've discussed this with management, and some of the part-timers are fine with enforcing the rules, yet its the day managers (who are technically their bosses) who say its 'company policy' to let couples/groups of girls in, the rules only apply to more than one GUY in a booth.
Not only is this discrimination and unfair on me, we also get raided often, due to the couples F$#king in a booth - which coincedentally makes me vomit - and Im scared of losing my 'job' (as a subcontractor) there. This is actually the cleanest and nicest place in town to work, and 'extra' girls usually get fired, rather than encouraged like a few other places.
Couples have to pay double if they want a private show, and I want to know how to get them to pay double in peeps, without causing too much trouble with management.
How do I get the club to a) enforce the rules WITHOUT discrimination and b) encourage couples to get dances, rather than just letting them spend $2 in the peeps to have a free F$%k?
Any suggestions?
Re: Avoiding "Two for one" customers
Just tell them both that they are both more than welcome to join in on the fun BUT they EACH have to pay the peepshow fee.
For example, at my club, we're allowed to dance for couples together BUT they each have to pay for the dance. Usually they end up getting a dance, then their partner.
In your case, I would just tell them that they both have to pay the fee if they both want to watch.

Thanks for the advice! The problem is that the peepshow has no entry fee, instead customers go into a booth and insert coins which "clear" a window. The windows all face onto our stage. The counter staff are supposed to enforce "one person" as for each coin they see the same thing, and I only make half the money, rather than them using two booths and paying double the money. It sux big time!

Go above the managers' heads. Talk to their boss.
