Re: Always get the DUD :(
One of my 1st questions to groups is what are they coming out for.
That will let me know who is the bachelor, birthday boy or there just to hang out as guys. Then I can go from there.
Re: Always get the DUD :(
Are they hardware of software guys?

Its CES, all types come in there. What's the difference, in your opinion, regarding their spending? I stripped in high tech miniheaven here for years and software developers versus hardware engineers aren't much different.
Re: Always get the DUD :(
Go to the guy you feel any kind of draw to whether it's his look, walk, whatever. Just get in there and don't let those girls out run you next time. Don't feel insecure or weird about jumping in there--feel focused!
Re: Always get the DUD :(
When I'm in a group, the top dog is usually leading the pack. He usually is paying the cover and telling the waitress where we want to sit. Don' t mistake that the oldest is the top dog. It pisses me off to be ignored when I'm the top dog.
Also, it doesn't hurt to say who wants to be the first one to break the ice. Some guys will nominate a guy to go first.
Re: Always get the DUD :(
Hardware vs Software was a joke really, I suppose having to do with their readiness for fun. Mostly these seem to be serious 'dudes,' and for the really hard-working ones it might be their only vacation. For the slough-offs it's just par for the coarse.
I'd suspect the money is with the top people and the tip-rail is only for any technicians they happened to bring along to make sure their display actually works.
Re: Always get the DUD :(
If possible before you sit down with the guys, try to notice the leader of the pack, the one who seems to be in charge. If you can determine that before sitting down...then talk n be friendly to all of the men at the table. Then after you have done dances for one of the guys at the table, proceede to the next guy.Maybe ask the guy you just danced for to help you ask his buddies to get a dance...it works. Then so on and so on until you've danced for the whole group ;D
Re: Always get the DUD :(
This is where having a girlfriend or making nice with a girl to score on double dances is DEFINITELY worth your while. you can offer something the girls working on their own cannot; and the nice part is, you can split up and whenever one of you finds a guy with money--make a double sound really steamy, and ask if you can get your "girlfriend." And then the one can go and get the other girl (also increasing your appeal because the guy you leave will see that you're in demand.)
It's almost as if you're both doubling your time because you both get paid for a doubles dance, and you're continually scoping out twice the men. AND--guys (in vegas, imo) are more likely to go into the VIP lapdance if they can go with their guy buddies so they can look at each other like "shit, look at what this GIRL is DOING!!!" Especially for groups because they want a group experience that they can brag and laugh about later.
Plus, in VIP it makes the dances not feel as long because you and your girl can switch partners so you don't have to think up more moves to do to keep the guys in VIP
Re: Always get the DUD :(
Focus on Top Dog. If you are stuck with Dud, Top Dog will order him to get at least 2 dances. That is, if Top Dog likes you.
The leader of the pack, in my experience, rarely gets dances. He does buy everyone else dances and will pimp you out to the whole table.
