It's the opposite effect.Your breasts are mostly fatty tissue and working out this area will shrink their mass.
It can make you appear more 'perky' but will not make your breasts any larger. As OTB said, it can actually decrease breast size. However, if you're just looking for perkier breasts, this may help.
I think it can defintely make them perkier. I used to be an A cup before my BA and didn't have any cleavage. After starting working my pecs, I felt like they'd gotten bigger, they hadn't, but they looked wayy nicer.
I actually worked my pecs out pretty hard to give them a natural lift. It gave the muscle a lift, but it's not just muscle there.... like mentioned, I decreased the fatty tissue (went form C to B), with unsightly extra loose skin. So not only did I lose mass, but I had sagging tits....and a decent pec up top. BLECH.
...and I got the surgical lift (with BA) anyway.
Then what am I supposed to do? I don't like the idea of pills or cream. And I'm not financially able to get a BA. I rather have the enhancement natural since I have a 7 month old son. Any ideas?
Pills and creams don't work anyway. If you have sufficient credit, finance them.
Pills damage your liver in the long run. Just start saving.
There is a company called BRAVA who does natural breast enhancement. You have to wear a funnylooking bra for at least 11 hours a day for it to work though (according to them) and it happens by the bra placing tension on your puppies.

I just started go back to gym...should have knows this earlier!! never mind I enjoyed work out. :DQuote:

That's the only way you're going to build any real muscle in the area. As some have said, breasts are essentially fat and glands. However, one only loses fat when in a negative calorie balance. Weight training does not by default shrink breast tissue, it's a result of the increased work putting you into a negative calorie balance. If calories are maintained and or increased to account for the exercise calories used, no breast shrinkage should take place.Quote:

I bought it when I was a small natural perky B. Waste of money, imo. Supposedly you'll see results if you had a baby, or lost weight on fat boobies(like a small C)....AND you have to wear those BIG, ugly, hideous, obvious looking globes on your chest for 12 hours a day(I think, something like that) for a couple of months...can't take it off! You'll have some boobs, then it'll go away again. You have to do the long process over to get them back.Quote:

Just your typical bbing type movements: incline dumbell presses, flat bench press, weighted dips, etc. All standard movements you can find in books and sites on the topic. This was of course part of an overall program. She didn't go in the gym and just do chest 5 days per week. Once I got her awayfrom the pink dumbells and machines, up her calories a bit, things started to really happen for her in terms of her goals, which was less bodyfat and more muscle massQuote:

Do you know what your calorie intake and protein intake was at the time? Was there any thing else you changed at the time? Breasts do of course respond to hormonal changes, so a change in estrogen (mainly estradiol) status can increase or decrease their size also.Quote:

Short of adding in the pill, you don't. You add muscle tissue under the breasts which pushes them out and up. Done correctly in terms of diet and such, the result is an increase in muscles under the breasts and no changes is actual breast tissue = bigger cup size. I have of course seen your scenario. Another ex who dieted for a bodybuilding show went from DD to like an A. Looked like two socks full of pudding and she got implants at some point. This was the effects of the strict diet and increased exercise. She always had the muscle under the breasts and the big breasts until she did the strict fat loss oriented diet.Quote:

Lots of female athletes with low bodyfat have to deal with that I know. Thats why pretty much all your fitness models and such have implants. The low BF required is not good for the boobs. My major point being, weight training in itself does not shrink boobs and can greatly improve their look.Quote:

You're still not following my point here. An increase in muscle below the breasts + no change in actual breast tissue does not = saggy skin. It = larger happy perky titties....Weight training does not cause saggy skin on its own.Quote:

I think what Will is saying is that this would work for someone who is already at their optimum fitness level, with a stabilized weight and bodyfat percentage. It would not work for someone attempting to lose weight and decrease bodyfat.
my friend heather had triple D's, and started doing a lot of pushups, and they shrank two cupsizes in three months. avoid the pec workouts, at least if you're trying to up the size.
