Anyone Want to be my E-Workout Partner?
Hi, i'll explain what i'm going to be doing, i have a workout plan that i will be starting this week, i'm going to be compressing 12 weeks or more of FAT LOSS and muscle development (this doesn't mean i'm going to be getting big, that will take years...i'm talking about being healthy with muscle developing) into an 8 week period.
I was wondering if anyone would like to join me in this workout plan, we will keep people updated in this thread of our progress, our diet, maybe some pictures of weekly updates.
What I WILL be doing two cycles of cardio at 20-30 minutes a piece once in the morning & once in the evening.
The workout program will be a 3 DAY split using DUMBELLS.
I'm going to be taking Mega-T Green Tea Dietary Supplement also doing an ECA stack which is Ephedrine, Coffee and Asprin twice a day. That is optional for you guys.
My goal is to get down from the 145lbs around 25% body fat to 120lbs with lets say about 15% body fat.
My diet is going to be high in Protein with balanced carbs and essential fatty acids.I will spread my diet into small 6 meals in the day, drink lemon water (which tricks me into drinking more water ), hot tea & coffee.
The Training programs is designed by my husband who has 17yrs of natural powerlifting, bodybuilding and fitness training experience, he has trained around over 100 people.
just incase you might think my husband is a fat slob lol this is him
Post in here or IM me if you would like to join me on this, i will then post the 3 day training program
Just so you know, Life will be hell, but i need someone to keep me motivated!
Re: Anyone Want to be my E-Workout Partner?
My e mail address should be here on the site...here let me post it anyways. Your plan sounds good but WATCH out for some of those supplements. I found HYDROXYCUT to be one of the best supplements.
[email protected]
I was known at my gym as a boot camp type instructor. DO not overdo the caffeine though girl!!
Re: Anyone Want to be my E-Workout Partner?
i've tried several different suppliments, i've tried hydroxycut but it had no affect on me and didn't help after testing it out for a month and more, this mega-t green tea has been excellent so far
unfortunately not alot of things have affects on me, all the things combined will hopefully help me with working my metabolism and helping me restrain from overeating, as in the past and present i have bloating problems and bowel problems as well as eating till being uncomfortably full and to the verge of vomiting on myself, that is a mix of boredom and certain emotional issues
with caffein i only drink half a cup of really light coffee, i can't do strong...only once a day --
i will hopefully upload the program soon or when my husband wakes up to tell me w hich form is best to upload the file onto my site
Re: Anyone Want to be my E-Workout Partner?
Wow La_Exotique, I am doing a plan almost identical to this except I am doing HIITT on days I don't lift. I am going to start an EC stack as well as Mega Green T. I am already into the training and actually maybe be switching more to less lifting and more cardio but I LOVE the HIIT training and see awesome results, plus I don't have time to hit the weights with school starting back up. I would love to do pictures with ya but my camera decided to break..bastard...but if you need motivation I am totally here. Also I do the same binge eating pattern as you and actually have an online buddy with the same compulsive eating disorder and it's really helped both of us out...best luck to you!!!
Re: Anyone Want to be my E-Workout Partner?
Bodybuilding and fatburning supplements are not regulated by the FDA and I've had clients who had very negative drawbacks using some of that stuff, even a few who had dangerous side effects, so use with caution...MORE is NOT better. The problem with taking supplements to control binge eating or overeating is...once you stop taking these items, many people just rebound and eat even more, letting their hard work in exercise go to waste.
Every personal trainer is different about his or her opinion and experiences with these supplements, and I don't want to lecture you guys, but please, proceed with caution.
My diet and workout regimen consists of three days on, one day off, two days on, one day off.
I do more weights than cardio, because I love the way weights ( heavier than most women...like 25-30 pound dumbbells, squatting 150-160 pounds, and benchpressing 120 plus) shape and sculpt my body. I take no supplements other than this: Juice Plus, which is nothing more than whole foods in gelatin capsules filled with antioxidants.
When I competed for figure shows, I would up the intake of supplements to include Hydroxycut. I quit doing shows because many of the competitors used dangerous and unproven methods such as human growth hormone, the old asthma drug GLENBUTOROL, and steroids ( even though they were not hardcore bodybuilders such as the Olympia competitors).
Because I am what is known as a hard-gainer, someone who does NOT build muscle easily, I work out certain body parts like my chest and legs/glutes twice a week. I include only three, 45-60 minute sessions of cardios each week. Weight lifting has proven to be my strength more than endurance.
Now let's not forget diet. Diet is every bit as, if not more important than, your exercise regimen. During shows I had to stick to this extremely bland, boring diet that could be potentially deadly to your kidneys because of its protein content.
Now, I eat a lot of different things.
Some examples of things in my diet:
A LOT of water
Occasional diet soda
Oatmeal with sugar free syrup and raisins or other fruit
Eggwhite omelets with spinach and low fat cheese
Baked or roasted chicken breasts, lean turkey, fish
Nuts
Veggies like carrots, spinach, tomatoes, eggplant
Fruits like blueberries, strawberries, and oranges
Wheat bread
Brown rice
And I splurge, naturally. Pizza, cheeseburger, fast food of that sort once a week :)
