This workout is strenous! To help me out since I'm new to exotic dancing, I've taken some classes in exotic fitness workouts...and even though I'm a trainer myself, these kind of classes can be really a workout. I fell off the pole a few times LOL in the class and had bruises. Of course I also have bruises from dancing....

My friend Jon has a theory that all men secretly want to be ninjas, and all women secretly want to be strippers. I think he's right. It's just part of our fundamental nature!

1. Since I bought my pole i've been teaching people around here...I'm not superb by club standards, but for the average college student I'm pretty damn good compared to them.
2. I didn't know fitness places offered warm water enemas...not sure how i'd feel about that.
and 3. i wonder if my editor would let me write a story about pole dancing....I'm kind of in a bit of a pickle here - see my uncle is good friends with my editor and one of their good friends is one of my regulars...so I don't tell them and he doesn't tell them....

pole work is a GREAT workout! i didnt realize it until i got my pole a couple days ago in the mail (SO excited!!) and i worked on it for like 15 minutes and already felt the stress in my abs and arms. i had to rest! but then again, it was my first time actually attempting to do any kind of tricks on it, so my body isnt used to it at all.....YET! (my abs still hurt lol)
