Re: Starting from scratch
uhhh if i knew what you were on about, i might be able to give you some rambled advice :)
Re: Starting from scratch
What are some of the things that you think you need to change? I'm just a little confused about what you're actually asking.
Re: Starting from scratch
Well first you need to take babysteps and work hard toward your goal. Remember we all start from scratch. Read some books. Practice. Try your best.
That's as generic as I could get.
Re: Starting from scratch
I'm sorry for being so vague. Honestly, I know I need to change the way I look from the neck down. I will begin with body hair...where should I go for this? How often do you have to maintain this and how do you let it grow out in order to have it waxed again? I am a diamond in the rough, I just need help with the polishing. My goal is for the transformation of my body by the end of this year. Tummy tuck, breast lift with possible implants. The more simple things such as begin tanning, begin a work out routine, get nails done. Am I forgetting anything?
Re: Starting from scratch
...maybe a self-esteem.
o_o
Re: Starting from scratch
I agree that you may need to work on your self esteem. It's great that you want to improve yourself, but it seems like you want to change every single thing about your looks. It's ok to want to change some things- hell, tons of the girls on here go tanning and have had plastic surgery and get their nails done and work out, but these things can't replace a lack of self-esteem. If you don't have self esteem, no matter how many things you change, you still won't be happy.
Re: Starting from scratch
I'd start w/ working out. You'll have more energy. You'll just feel better overall. Healthy eating is good also. I suggest going to a day spa or a place that does hair removal. Good luck!
Re: Starting from scratch
Start with working out, then tanning, then waxing. You don't need all those cosmetic procedures to get the body you want..working out will give you great results.
Re: Starting from scratch
Ditto working out. A regular, well-designed work-out program will give you more energy and improve your health, mental and physical. Healthy and happy is beautiful. The rest is just frills.
If you really want to get rid of your body hair, there are a ton of threads on this in "Body Business." Check there, or use the search function. Good luck!
