It stands to reason that at some point, someone will be praying at the time they are struck. Especially if there is a storm at the time. It's really not a................... SHOCK :)

My favorite story along these lines comes from a military history book, from World War II. Some guys were sitting there relaxing after some fighting, and a guy pulled out his bible and said "I carry this everywhere with me, it's saved my life, I'm sure of it."
Just then, he was shot in the head and killed...
She said she was blessed to be alive.
