customer lives im my apartment complex !!
I just found out tht this one guy that comes into my club lives in my apartment complex. i have never danced for him but talk to him here in there previously. hes one of those lonley needy guys that want to talk your ear off all night and not compensate you.
anyway now that i found out he lives in my complex i dont talk to him anymore. but he keeps trying to talk to me now that hes sees me by the pool. i just ignore him, but its starting to bother me.
he recently started asking me for dances and i told him i wasnt comfortable dancing for him since he lives where i do and i walked away and left it at that.
any advice from girls or custies on how to handle this if he keeps trying to talk to me? :-\
Re: customer lives im my apartment complex !!
First and foremost always trust your wierdometer. You have to clearly define your boundrys with this guy and let him know if he doesnt respect those boundrys youll define them on a restraining order. That sucks girl. I ll send you some bubble clearing vibes.

Maybe it is the universe telling you something. :) Ya never know....

Years ago, this happened to me too ! The guy was next door. It was not good. My situation was a little different because the guy was crazy and I ended up having to get police involved , etc.
I agree with robinbanks, trust your weirdometer and define your boundaries. Don't let feeling bad for him dictate your actions too much . Your neighbor is probably safe and will get the hint after you ignore him or respond to his conversation attempts with short answers and walk away.
Re: customer lives im my apartment complex !!
i had this happen recently actually. luckily, the guy isn't the needy/stalker type (or so it seems) and if he sees me around the complex he doesn't say anything. he just does his own thing. the thing that bothers me the most is, if he's hanging out with friends of his who also live here... you just KNOW he's telling them i dance at (said club) as i walk by. like "hey, you can see her strip you know!" i don't need everyone in my complex knowing where to see me take my clothes off. i would just basically ignore him when he talks to you. that should make it clear that you want him to get lost. if he keeps trying, tell him firmly. if he does it after that you need to alert someone or take action.

Oh God! Good thing you're moving soon! That seriously sucks. Do you have a bf? Going to the pool with another guy might help... I'm moving soon and a custy of mine lives... pretty damn close apparently. Not even in the same complex... But I guess we'll be going to the same grocery store. This is a new thing since I work almost an hour away and I've never ever ran into a custy outside of work before.
He'd BETTER not bug me!!!!

You're his fantasy come to life - a real STRIPPER he can talk to. And that's just what he's seeing you as - a stripper, not a person. Most guys will never understand the difference. I'd be inclined to talk to him on a one off basis the next time no-one else is in ear-shot. I'd tell him the realities of being a stripper:
(a) You dance to earn money - not because you get a kick out of it.
(b) You keep your work and personal lives very seperate and don't like any cross over between the two.
(c) It's uncomfortable for you to dance for someone you see in your private life.
(d) You don't have a high opinion of many of your customers. (You'll have to put this carefully).
(e) You would appreciate it if he kept his knowledge of what you do to himself. Tell him the world's full of wierdos, and how would he feel if telling someone how you earned a living caused you problems?
I'd also give him the address of this website and tell him to check things out for himself.
Take the guy's fantasies away and he might stop bugging you.
Phil.
