North Carolina or South Carolina
Hi Ladies,
I am planning to move to either North Carolina or South Carolina but I can't decide. I was wondering if someone could give me first hand information about the clubs in North Carolina or South Carolina. I have already checked the directory and there wasn't that much information there and I am looking for current up to date information.
I would like to know if there is a club with regular steady business during this time of year that someone would recommend.
Thanks
Coco

Well... the north carolina clubs around Jacksonville are always busy since it's near a Marines base. Some guys are really HOT and pay well.

Re: North Carolina or South Carolina
Does anyone here work at Nepals?

Re: North Carolina or South Carolina
I just moved to Charleston, SC. This would be my first time, and the idea of not knowing anybody here really helps :) Anybody know of good places here? I've heard of Diamond's

Re: North Carolina or South Carolina
Its slow everywhere in SC. I would commute from Charleston to Columbia if I were you and work at Platnium, WAY more oppurtunities to make $$$$--- message me and ill give you the details. A lot of clubs in Charleston are overridden with coke and all sorts of drugs

Re: North Carolina or South Carolina
Kalligirl is right....Platinum Plus is the most popular SC in Columbia...give that one a try.

Re: North Carolina or South Carolina
Charlotte is the way to go in NC. There is a Men's Club in Charlotte if you like a very upscale environment. I live in the Raleigh/Durham area and work at an awesome little gem of a club called Teasers in Durham. Myrtle Beach is also good, during golf season especially. There is a lot of money around Greenville, SC and Charlotte, NC. The best clubs where I am are the Men's Club in Raleigh (not affiliated with the rest of the Men's Club chain, but still similar caliber), Pure Gold in Cary, and Teasers in Durham. Greensboro has a Christie's Cabaret; other good clubs there are Chester's and The Executive Suite. All of these clubs are topless except for The Executive Suite. I can't speak from personal experience, but I have heard that the Platinum Plus in Greenville is better than the one in Columbia.

Re: North Carolina or South Carolina
Me and my girlfriend (friend who is a girl just incase people are wondering) always worked as a duo here in savannah. We had heard the rumors about the $$$ in Platinum and decided to check it out. We made the drive and checked out the club during the daytime and heard the rules. We found a hotel and went back that night. We left within an hour or two. We didn't tell anyone we just walked out. We there people there? Yes. Was there money there? Definitely. Tons of it. But there was also tons of contact dancing and we couldn't deal with it. As another member has said, different strokes for different folks, and that just didn't fly with us. I'm a low contact dancer (as in the only contact going on is the grinding and they are not allowed to touch me though I can touch them. Only I don't touch anything below the clothes and there is no licking, kissing, etc.) and for my first dance there the man immediately started rubbing my boobs. We saw another girl letting a guy suck on hers and she was a total babe. We didn't understand it. But that's just b/c we don't dance like that. If your a medium to high contact dancer (as in you don't mind being touched back) you can do great.
And I'm not trying to do any disservice to the girls who were there. Many of them looked fabulous. In addition, not all of them were contact dancers. We were coming from a club with no contact and were just shocked by it. When we bitched about it in the dressing room one of the other dancers was shocked. She said she was also a no contact dancer and had no trouble setting the boundaries with her custies and she had trouble seeing why we were so shocked. So I'm not trying to offend anyone.
So you really had to make sure you are in charge of the situation. If you don't do contact lay down the rules ahead of time. If you don't mind contact then it shouldn't be a big deal.

Suprgrl!!.....Finally- someone who works in Savannah...is it steady money? Slow? How long should a traveling dancer stay in town in order to make the trip worthwhile?
Are the clubs very dependent on the soldiers or do lots of civilian guys come in regularly?
Anyhoo- what you wrote is not surprising, there must be a reason PP is one of the top ten clubs in the nation.

Re: North Carolina or South Carolina
It takes awhile to figure out your own niche in PP. I have been there forever (not currently working there due to the insane drama that goes with working in club like that for years) and it can be tough. You have to hustle. Sure you can get some guys in a CR out of luck a few times a month, but if you want to make lotsa money you need to really bring your A game. Its not the same as it was.

Re: North Carolina or South Carolina
Yes I'm a Savannah girl. So is JerseyBunie23. We work together. Money comes and goes with the seasons. Summer blows and winter is good. Of course some of it does depend on the soldiers. Like there are a bunch of them coming home in the last few weeks of July so you better believe I will be working 5-6 days a week when that happens. And when they leave it hurts a little but they never all leave at once anymore (like when the war first started) so it evens out after a bit.
But it also depends on your hustle. Melissa and I were 2 of the top 4 girls at the club when we worked regularly. We would see girls from other places come in and they would sometimes bitch and bitch about the business. I never complained though (except the summer time of course). You won't face alot of animosity from the regulars. They will bitch about new girls no matter who you are but don't take it to heart and just smile and be nice and they won't even realize your a newbie. In the summer time I would say don't even waste your time. There's too many girls and not enough money. In the winter time on Friday night I made between 8 -1200. But that's the best night of the week and I was one of the best girls consistently. Weekdays b/w 4-600 in the winter. But you gotta gotta gotta gotta hustle. Don't take no for an answer- you know how it is.
Oh and there's only 4 strip clubs here. Gold Club, Savannah Gentlemens' Club, Show Boat, and Temptations. Gold Club is topless and so is Savannah Gentlemen's Club. Show Boat is nude and is mostly black and temptations is also nude and bring your own beer. I've been to all of thembut only worked at the gold club. We Meliss and I walked into Showboat we were with our manager and the girls knew him but they were bitches to us. We weren't there to work we just wanted to look around b/c we had never been. They didn't even have a pole or a proper stage.
Temptations was okay. Not upscale by any means. It's two floors but all the business goes on on the second floor. The stage and pole were too tiny for me though.
Savannah Gentlemens' Club is small as well. Its the only club that is in Savannah city limits. It's not bad. Some girls like it better than the gold club. I like the gold club better myself because its big.
The other three are all over the bridge. The bridge is the talmudge bridge. It leads from downtown to savannah to just over the South Carolina state line.
There you have it!

Re: North Carolina or South Carolina
Thank you so much for posting this suprgrl. I've been thinking of working in Savannah for a while now for a few weeks to a month. Maybe I'll check it out next winter.

Re: North Carolina or South Carolina
It's so new to me to see so much interest in Savannah clubs. It's usually me and Melissa asking other people about where they work at. Lol. We both have taken the past year off and are just getting back to work. I'm glad you found it helpful

Re: North Carolina or South Carolina
^^^My brother goes to school in the city so that's why I want to work there. I'd have a free place to stay and be able to spend time with my brother. Plus make extra money.

Re: North Carolina or South Carolina
That's so funny! Does he goes to SCAD, or Tech, or AASU? I attend AASU. I graduate next spring with a bachelors in history and also with emphasis in spanish. (I say emphasis b/c it's not quite a minor.)
Working in Sav, or anywhere for that matter I guess, and attending school full time is difficult. The first semester I did it I screwed up really bad. I did well till the end of the semester when I missed one exam b/c I screwed up the date and then just said fuck it, i'm not going to any of them. Lol. I got one A, 3 C's and an F that semester. I'm back on track now though and almost done.

Re: North Carolina or South Carolina
He goes to SCAD. He's majoring in computer graphics, I think but he does a ton of photography classes and is really good behind a camera. And I love that because I love to make him take my picture. In fact, I'm getting ready to order a bunch of customes and take a trip up there for a few days so he can take a bunch of pictures of me. lol.
He doesn't work. He is constantly busy with school and had a lot of homework and projects and just doesn't have the time for a job. Good job though for you almost finishing school!
I always thought Savannah was so interesting. It's super expensive to live there but there is so much homeless people and crime there. Last time I was there, me, my brother, my friend, and my roommate, were walking to a bar and these group of guys started shouting things at us and following us even though we were ignoring them and when they didn't get a reponse out of us, they got physical! My brother said that it's somewhat common and these guys were trying to build up a street rep.

Re: North Carolina or South Carolina
Thanks Suprgrl, I've been to Savannah before and was told about some club I thought it was called Harry's, Uncle Harry's something like that...I went to Showboat but I didn't go in I got a phone call when pulling into the parking lot....the only person I knew out there told me not to bother and to go to another club in Hinesville, the money was better there because that's where the soldiers go to. I got the number from him and when I called the manager or whoever told me the tip in was $80 or $100. I danced in Columbia and never paid that much even when I was late. I didn't want to pay that much for a place I knew nothing about so I just drove back home.
-
Re: North Carolina or South Carolina
Oh yeah! How silly of me! I forgot Uncle Harry's. If i ever danced at one other than the Gold Club it wouldbe that one. Also topless. It's a medium sized club in comparison to the Gold Club and the others in town. That one is on the Savannah side of the bridge too.
Yeah don't waste your time with Showboat. Like I said, all we did was walk in the door and a chick walked up to our manager, smiled at us, and then turned to him and whispered, what are you doing bringing these hoes in here?! It was ridiculous. Try Harry's first, definitely.

Re: North Carolina or South Carolina
This whole Savannah thing sounds good, I might have to take a lil working vacation to see those soldiers at the end of July ;D Might be in touch with you ladies about that lol

Re: North Carolina or South Carolina
Myrtle Beach is hurting right now, I am considering trying out Greenville, SC. More business guys, who generally like me better. It also seems customary for high contact dances to be the norm in the MB, NMB area. It is hard to compete if you are not, but I am doing the best I can.
