I secretly rock out to Foreigner in my car and it made me wonder....
HAHA screw that i rock to Foreigner so the world can hear!
HAHA! You have to make an 80's fist of power when you listen to Foreigner.
OK for example- I thought it would be cute to dress up like a nurse. It would go with the part of the song where the Foreigner dude goes "Urgent! Urgent! Emergency!!"
I don't think it would work at my club though.
I went to see Lou Gramm live last year. ;D
I throw on the 80's folder on my laptop (on shuffle) a lot before we open, and the songs myself and the girls and the bouncers sing along to the most are often the worst ones. Today we all rocked out to Debbie Gibson's "Shake Your Love", Baltimora's "Tarzan Boy", Paul Lekakis' "Boom Boom (Let's Go Back To My Room)"~EVERYONE was singing along to that choice nugget btw~ and then...I dunno I think it was Gene Loves Jezebel or something, and dammit a customer came in and actually made us work. Also, don't tell anyone, but I have a secret soft spot for Justin Timberlake's "Cry Me A River". There...I've said it.
Edit to add:Steve Perry: "Oh Sherry"...Oh man, that was a karaokefest. I can't belive I almost forgot that one.:O
Patrick Hernandez-Born To Be Alive, that song always gets me in the mood for partying.
Kenny Loggins-DangerZone is anothr song that i will happily geek dance to in my room.
that song from the Kill Bill soundtrack where the guy kinda hiccups... hahaha I love that tune!
But also I really like international music in different languages.. Like that song "Chayiaa chayia" (it's in Hindu) I lOve It!
hmmmm... maybe I'll marry it
I like alot of shit I couldnt play at work. Some country, too depressing music, etc.
Hey now, Foreigner rocks!! :headbange
I always thought "She's A Beauty" by the Tubes is too cheesy even though that song is specifically written about a stripper.
And if I can get any of the ladies here to dance to Night Ranger's - "Sister Christian", I guarantee that I'll buy a dance.
:dopey:
I dance to "worlds fall down". David Bowie-Labyrinth soundtrack
Also "Promise". When in Rome-Napoleon Dynamite soundtrack
"Three little pigs" by Green Jelly
"Detachable Penis" by some band I can never remember
"Sunny Afternoon" by the Kinks
I love to do these when we have a non tipping crowd and I feel like goofing off
i still like my BSB cds...but i'd never dance to it without it being a dare on a monday when we only have one customer in the club, who happens to be deaf. then i think i'd do it.
I love cheesy music but am way too embarrassed to dance to some of it...
"Dancing Queen" - ABBA
"I Get Knocked Down" - Chumbawumba
"Come On, Eileen" - Dexie's Midnight Runner
This shit always puts me in a great mood and I love rocking out to it in my car, singing along and all, but only with the windows up! And I would never, ever dance to it.
King Missile! The guys that brought you "Jesus Was Way Cool".Quote:

You must be a New Englander to the very core. ;)
Saw TMBG in their own high school auditorium (he said, dating himself horridly ::) )
But hey? At least it's easier than making "Spider" sexy.

You all know already...I love every RUSH album. Every damn one of them. Even the ones that haven't come out yet. (New album in 2006..*Happy Tears!!!*)
Some genius on fark.com pointed out that getting girls to like Rush was the same as getting them to like anal sex...go slow, introduce easy songs like "Tai Shan" and then bust out the jams. LOL
.........
HANSON!
<3 I'm not ashamed, I have hanson clothes I still wear.
hey hun, I dance to this ALL the time, but ithe one I dance to is a cover by No Doubt. It's a bit more modern but they do it great justice! Try that one out and see if you'd like to dance to it! :)Quote:
