These are some songs I have on my MP3 player on my workout playlist. I would appreciate some suggestions too! I like everything except country music, and 90's rock/90's alternative is my favorite type of music.
Also Green Apple, if you're into fitness magazines, Shape magazine always has iPod playlist suggestions. They usually suggest 4-5 songs each month and I have liked most of the songs they suggested. 8)
When i sued to go to the gym( oh so many months ago :( ) i used to play Marilyn mansons golden age of grotesque album......that used to make me work soo much harder as it had a great mix or slow and fast songs! Yea i need to go to the gym again! ;)
Eye of the Tiger!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! :D:D:D
AGGHH "Eye of the Tiger"!! /AGGHH
Back in High School I'd be at early morning drill team practice at the same time the football team was lifting weights, and we'd hear that dang song blaring every day. Insanely annoying...no wonder the football team sucked.
IPODs are heaven when working out. I tend to rotate between a lot of hard rock and various rap songs, depending on what general mood I'm in. Usually I get my best workouts out of the hard rock.
I like working out to fast-paced trance.
