Spectrum Implants = no dancing?
Hi there!
SO I havent danced in over two weeks... and I'm getting itchy. I know that it will be another month or so before I really ought to be on stage again and I'm ok with that, but my problem is this:
I have spectrum implants. They are saline implants with valves connected to them through which my Dr can add or remove volume for up to 6 months, afterwhich time he performs a minor surgical operation to remove them. He plans on adding more volume to help the skin and muscles of my breasts stretch out some (cause I don't want to be tight at a drum), and then removing it again at a later date. The whole process will take several months. The valves are under my skin (see pic)http://www.justbreastimplants.com/images/spectrum_1.jpg
Rather than being in my armpits, the valves are under my breast (where the fold would be, if I had a fold- right now they're far too perky for that). They are VERY obvious, and wont be removed for several more months. I simply can't imagine being able to hide these at the nudie club where I've been working!
I'm hoping someone else has encountered this problem and can make some suggestions. I'd love to continue working at my nudie club ASAP! Of course, I could always just work at a bikini bar in the meantime (though it would mean buying all new outfits :P ).
Guh! *frustrated*

what about a half cup bra. something that showes your nipples but covers the bottom curve. you could work leaving one of these on to hide your bumps.
Re: Spectrum Implants = no dancing?
I considered that, but I've never seen a pair that didn't have underwires... and right now underwires are a big no-no for me. Thanks for the suggestion though! I guess I'll just have to start checking out the local bikini bars :(

Re: Spectrum Implants = no dancing?
I just take out the underwires in my bras. Besides, real cup bras are so uncomfortable and dont fit well at this point. http://www.3wishes.com/sets.asp <<Thats an option there. Its the 2nd one down. You could wear a top over it to cover your nipples up when on the floor.
Re: Spectrum Implants = no dancing?
you might try undercorsets. They don't cover your breasts and they're awesome at defining your waist. The thing would probably still show, but maybe you can get one trimmed in maribou or something? Maybe you could do something unusual like a bikini top, but wrapping a huge matching ribbon and tying a bow in the back. Use double sided tape on your skin and you can go around with your boobies out in the open but wrapped like a big present (watch out for guys trying to untie you.)
Also, check out fetish gear. You might find something pertinent there.

I think that taking the underwire out of a demi bra is a pretty good idea. Do you know of any seamstress' in your area. I would check around and see if you could get something made.
Re: Spectrum Implants = no dancing?
oooh thanks for all the great ideas! I hadn't thought of a corset, or taking the underwires out ... maybe I'll do a little "experimenting" with my old 34b's.

I'm worried that a waist cincher might irritate you where the valve is.
