Hi Celeste,
As an independent contractor you DON'T have to dance for anyone if you don't want to, BUT management has the right to terminate your business relationship at their discretion. The relationship is akin to employee (without benefits)/employer.
The offender should've been banned, however, this type of thing is increasingly common at the moment with the downturn in the sex industry. A brothel a friend of mine works in not only allows attempted rapists to return, but has even offered them discount vouchers and refunds to encourage their future patronage. ::)
The police should charge him with attempted sexual assault, etc. Is there security camera footage of the attacks?
I will contact Scarlet Alliance members in WA on your behalf and see if there is any further advice they can provide.

We have no security cameras in private dance areas, though I have been pushing for them since I became head girl. Im going to keep trying tho!
Thanks
