WHAT do I do? I don't remember from who!
Don't try to spend it anywhere.... You'd get in trouble. You can turn it into the club so they can be on guard about it. Other than that, I don't recommend trying to cash it in or keep it circulating. HTH!
Krystal
Turn it over to the cops. They may already be looking for the conterfiter and need more info on his whereabouts.
That happened to a few girls in Guam last year. Some Navy dudes were using one of the carrier's (ship's) copy machines, and some crappy paper. They got in big trouble, especially since they used government equip. to do the dirty work.
I hope you didn't lose out on too much cash, by getting the fake money hun. Paris knows what she's talking about though, you should notify an authority. If you don't want to let the cops know yourself, at least tell club management.
It's obviously fake? I'm so sorry! :( That's my worst fear when I deposit my cash at the bank... That the chick will tell me it's fake.
Oh goodness, that sucks. I'm sorry, I agree that you should have it reported.
That is awful, i cant believe people can go so low as to tip fake money. So sorry that that happen, deff. turn it into the police and notify your club owners. :-\
you can buy one of those money pens at a office supply store! Other then that, it just sucks, and turn it over to the cops.
Okay im gonna get slapped but yea anyway.. depending how much it is and how fake it looked I have always just spent it at the conviencence store.. you know those little no name stores. I havnt done it since I was a waitress and I was so pressed for money I couldnt afford to lose that $20... But I recomend you really just ditch the money and move on, dont risk the possibility of being busted trying to spend fake cash.
In the U.S. report it to your local department of the treasury, secret service, FBI or office of the U.S. attorney. Don't pass it to someone else and get yourself into risk of a felony conviction for a $20 (or a $100).
Those pens just show the presence of cellulose, since actual money is printed on linen, which doesn't have cellulose. I've heard of people spraying real money with starch just to get the pens to react and piss people off.
i would have used to pay out at the club before leaving. And if i got caught I would just be like "oops, sorry" about it.
How do you know it's fake?
Spend it and act like you had no clue it was fake. "Um, well, it looked real to me!"
Hehe. I would've SWORN I got some fake money once, and that's what I did - mixed it in with other bills. They took it without a glance. Good riddance. Let the club deal with it.Quote:

The reason they use $1's is because of the paper. we use the counterfit markers (The ones where the ink turns black if it's a fake), and if it is printed on bleached $1's, the papers' good so the ink doesn't turn black. In a dark club, when you're busy it's hard to really check each bill you get.
As far as "what do i do?' Madcap's suggestion is what I would do. Just make sure that you have $$ to pay for the stuff in case they don't accept it.Quote:

Better yet.. Look for the 'Trainee' uniform. :D
^^^haha 7-eleven.....ive worked there! but i was a b!tch and checked EVERY big bill 20$ and up...even if it was busy
I got screwed once a couple months back and it wasn't even a GOOD fake. One side was good, but the paper was all wrong, and the back was off center. -eye roll- I felt SOOO stupid. This guy basically did it on his home computer. At least I was only out twenty bucks but still : P
What really sucked was that I was looking for the well dressed guy, and this guy was one of the nicest dressed guys with a nice looking watch, and his clothing was pretty smart looking.
ergh.
Smart move, cause that's what I'd sure as hell do!Quote:

Casually slipped it into the middle of the notes in the till and never mentioned it again :D
