Step by step... How do you make and complete a sale?
Ok I just wanted to hear how everyone does things.
From the moment you walk to the custy/custys how do you great them (an example of things you usually say) and then how do you sell a dance. What do you say?
Once the custy has agreed to a dance how would you bring them back to another area (in my club theres a "loft") do you hold there hand? Do you walk first do they?
Where do you seat them or do you let them pick?
And then how do you start once the custy is sitting. Do you do small talk till the next song starts? How do you start the dance and then how do you end it.

Hey CG, hope you don't mind if I chime in. I happen to know your club specifically, so hopefully some of this feedback will be useful.

I'll let others provide detailed feedback on what to say and how to close the sale.
What I will say is that I think your intial approach is going to vary with a number of factors. How busy is it? Did they just get there or have they been sitting for a bit? Have they tipped you on stage set? Have they shown interest in you by making eye contact or some other way? ... Also, in your specific situation, do they speak english? (Unless you speak Portuguese, I'm not sure. Heh.) The timing of your approach and under what conditions will help detemine if you can just walk up and ask for a dance, if you should sit for a moment, or if you might just do a quick greeting then come back a little later.

Depends on the customer. Your club's space is so limited it is hard to walk side by side the entire way. Typically dancers will lead and will either hold the customers hand or will just let them follow. (Note: You can be cute about things while you lead them to the "loft" buy saying something like "Okay, you ready? Come on, follow the booty!" You can also mess with the customer a bit when he's just following behind you by stopping short. Heh. A good place for this is right at those last set of stairs. Some of the dancers will kind of unexpectedly stop short and let a clumsy customer bump into them. Heh. If you really want to be silly, you can do little conga line up to the dance area. Heh.)
If you do take them by the and you may find it more comfortable to hold their complimentary hand. What I mean is normally when you hold hands it's opposites (you left, his right). Well in this place where you're not likely to be able to walk side by side it may be better to hold his right in your right. This way it will be easier for him to follow and hold your hand from behind you rather than feel like he's reaching across your back.

Well the dance area up in the "loft" is fairly limited, so most of the time it's really any port in the storm. Heh. If you have a preferrable spot, and it's open, then you should feel free to direct the customer right to it. In the rare cases where there is even a choice, then a dancer might point out two options where she'll be comfortable and then let the customer pick from there.

Well if you make your way up to the loft in the middle of a song you can take a few different approaches. Personally I prefer when a dancer would sit for a moment and talk till the next song started. Some of the dancers will offer to start right away for $20 rather than just do one song for $15. ... Other dancers start right away and then try to finnish up part way through the next song. However, that is the most likely way to create confusion. Definitelty not a recommended approach. Lastly, some dancers will start dancing in the middle of the song, dance right through the next song, and still only charge $15. Why do the extra work for no additional reward?
I've always thought you should try to draw out the first song as long as possible. Do your dance, move slow, be sexy, but do a strip tease, rather than just undress and get right to it. If you're not one of the lap grinders (I think you know what I mean) then slow, sensual and sexy is the best way to keep a guy up there. Let the dance build up to the end of the first song. At the end of the song you can lean in real close and in a soft sexy voice and ask if you can keep dancing for him.
Read through the hustle hut for more tips on how to keep a customer buying dancing.
------------------------------------
One thing to keep in mind at your club is all the dances are pretty much out in the open. Even when you are up in the loft guys can either just turn around and gawk at you, or be at least be a little more discreet and check out your dance through the reflections in the mirrors. I say this because when you dance you're not only dancing for the customer you are with, but also selling you next dance too. Customers will often look to see which dancers appear to have a style that they prefer.
Best of luck!

I shouldnt post I should just PM you! LOL. But honestly will you tell me next time you come into the club I would love to meet you. I would also love to dance for you so you can give me advise etc.
Usually what I do is after I get off stage (when I'm on a satalite I dont get much attention) I go get dressed and I come out and I always try to find the first American.
Yes the Brazilians will buy dances from Americans but they cant get a convo out of it so basically I avoid Brazilians and leave them for the Brazilian girls.
The other day I had a Mexican guy and he kept touching me and I couldnt get him to understand it wasnt allowed. I was like "NO MI GUSTA!"....
Any advise you have for a newby for my club would be greatly appreciated. Also who are your favorite dancers and who can I really learn from?
Thanks.

You can feel free to PM me anytime you'd like. However, definitely keep posting as others have much more experience and lots more advice to share with you. I promise to try to keep from over posting in your threads. (Too late for that? heheh)
Honestly, I'm flattered but you don't need to trade dances for advice. Heh. You can get all the advice you want here AND it comes with a money back guarantee! (Get it! It's free so ... well you get the point. Heh.)
[Yes, the money back bit is stolen from TMQ. :P ]
Best of luck!

I don't really know your club - but you have an advantage. You are a satellite stage girl! That means you can scope the crowd - see whos doing what, who's with who, etc.
As you get down, walk by at least three of your prospects for dances. Make random, light, little chitchat with them - brush their shoulder on the way by, compliment their shirt, tell them whatever. Go to the dressing room, touch up your makeup, and then walk back and try them one at a time. Do a slightly extended wanna dance - talk to them a bit, tell them you'd love to take them to the loft, blah blah blah. If they say no, chat for just a little bit, then take away close - say, well, I guess I have to leave, since you aren't up for all the lap dancing fun going on upstairs. Gives them another chance to say yes. Leave on a happy note and say you'll check back on them later. Try one of your other prospects.
If they say yes, then by all means hold their hand or lead them. Give them a fantastic dance then lean in and say, "You're ready for your next one, right?" Or, even better, tell them you're enjoying yourself so much you'll just keep dancing til they tell you to stop. Works like a charm!
HTH.
Re: Step by step... How do you make and complete a sale?
There are literally thousands of books written to answer the question you just asked Collegegirl so I think short of doing some research in this area, it might be better if you asked a specific question rather than such a broad one. So what specific area in the selling process do you think needs work the most and which parts are already working for you?
Re: Step by step... How do you make and complete a sale?
When a custy aggrees to a dance I always take his hand and walk in front of him and lead him to the couches(that's where we do dances) I usually go for the corner couch cuz it's more comfy, but I always say to them "Let's go over here in the dark corner all alone" even thouhg it's really the same as all the other ones, but they feel they're getting something special hehe. And I dance for him, maybe chat it up a bit. When I'm done I always say "ooohh that was fun, let's do it again!" And if they decline just tell them thank you and you will come find them later to see if they would like another dance.
Re: Step by step... How do you make and complete a sale?
You need to tailor you approach to the customer a bit, adjusting as you go along and figure him out. But the first couple of seconds are really important. I walk up to a customer who looks like a good prospect and stick my hand out for a handshake, and just say "Hi." Then I grin really huge for a second. This will usually make him smile, which is halfway to a dance right there. I notice whether he introduces himself, or whether I have to ask his name, whether he asks how I am, or just answers my inquiries with monosyllables, whether he keeps looking at me, and how long it takes him to let go of my hand. All of this tells me whether he's ready for a dance right now, or needs to be warmed up a bit, or if I'd be better off making a gracious exit and looking somewhere else.

Funny thing is most of the Brazilian girls avoid the Brazilan customers too. Most of them will buy one dance and ask you for a date....or just come right out and ask you for sex.
The Mexican guys have been using the "no comprende" excuse for years as a tactic to grope at will.
