Tax Invoices for Private Shows for Company
My company asked me to write them a tax invoice. I gave them my details and even took their cut from my invoice. Problem was I didn't know the name of the second place I worked at (actually, I wasn't even GIVEN it, just 'some girl will drive you').
When I write invoices do I need to remember EVERY show I did and when? Because I'm thinking when I'm in Bileola that when I do private shows I'm gonna need to invoice them. So I go "Private Show 15 minutes with Ben" or something? And date it?
What the hell? o.O
Re: Tax Invoices for Private Shows for Company
my agency just requires one invoice per week, with my ABN, the date, etc, and for example...
1 x bath show @ suburb $140
1 x raunchy show @ suburb $120
1 x S&C show @ suburb $140

hmmm ive never been asked for nay tax invoices....
Re: Tax Invoices for Private Shows for Company
I do my invoices once a month.
Just list the shows and the date and give it to the Agency. Of course with the AbN, etc.
Then i give a copy to my accountant and he sorts out all that tax and BAS stuff.
Re: Tax Invoices for Private Shows for Company
I do similiar to Darcy.... and the agency/company you are most likely referring to... you can send them electronic invoices (do it via email). Just put your name, postal address, email address and ABN as your header.
Then itemise the bookings as follows:
DAY & DATE
3 hour Topless Waitress @ Oxley - 20% of $x tips = $
Show @ Beaudesert = $
With the biloela booking you do not need to invoice them as you keep all tips. All you need to do is declare how much THEY NEED TO PAY YOU on the invoice and make damn sure you have submitted on Tuesday or else they won't pay you.
;)
The agency will then transfer the funds (amount payable) to you. Check your account on Wed and Thu... if you have invoiced them and not received payment by Thur then you need to contact them to find out what has happened to the payment.
