my weight goes up EVERY year during the school year. i'm so tired from work and school that i sleep during the day when i get a chance, stressed from being away from home and school/business in general, and i eat so bad. even when i DONT eat bad.. i dont know what to do. i'm obviously working out(my club has a LOT of stage time.. and im there usually open to close 6-2 and dance either 3 song sets all night long with 5-8 girls or dance 6 song sets on 3 diff stages with 15 girls) but my clothes that have fit me foreverrrrrr are starting to get tight. i drink lots of water and can dance all night away on stage just fine but i walk up 2 flights of stairs at school and feel winded. any ideas?
