Well I've never done it before but I'm going to try and most likely I'll have 2 protein shakes and stay away from all the snacks in the dressing room and work 3 nights per week.

Well I've never done it before but I'm going to try and most likely I'll have 2 protein shakes and stay away from all the snacks in the dressing room and work 3 nights per week.
There's really nothing wrong with occasional spaghetti or steak dinners (doughnuts though... hehe), and it is possible to maintain a toned figure eating fun foods.
I wasn't trying to hate on healthy foods like raw produce, tofu and shakes, just it was a little odd how some of us eat, say, vegetable broth, an apple, and a protein shake and a bunch of supplements and call it a day. Eating healthy is one thing, eating barely anything is another.
ANyhoo, today I've had:
-1 small gala apple
-2 scrambled eggs with ketchup
-2 slices of toast with margarine
-1/2 can of smoked oysters
Dinner will be:
-1 broiled chicken drumstick with alfredo pasta and sauteed zuchinni with garlic
*5 Tonalin pills
*1 c. soy milk
*grilled chicken breast peices with sharp cheddar, hot sauce, and 2 tbsp. sour cream
* 1 diet pepsi
*1 c. chicken broth
* lots of mineral water
I haven't had any booze... but I'll probably have a couple of drinks tonight and some more broth.
So far:
-Orange juice
-2 small glasses tomato juice
-2 cups veg broth with vegies and tofu
-Slice of bread topped with tomato and capsicum
-Part of a small pear
-Large salad with olives and fat free French dressing
Two of my colleauges are doing that fast where you drink water w maple syrup and cayenne pepper....for 12 days! Forget it, that's ridiculous. We work long hours under so much stress!
Ok, me today:
big salad at lunch w balsamic vinagrette
couple of bites of a power bar
another big salad @ dinner. One buffalo wing
water, coffee, vitamins
A ham and hummus sandwich, lean
Two peach sodas.
And dinner is pasta.
I'm on the verge of dropping below a new number so I'm really trying hard to be diligent on my diet right now.
Today i had
a half of a turkey rustica sandwich
2 tonalin
1 multi vitamin
1 chef salad with fat free ranch
2 tonalin
1 orange
Lots o water
32 oz warm water with 2 tsp sea salt ( flush out waste & toxin )
16 oz lemonade ( 4 tbsp maple syrup, 1 big lemon, pinch red pepper )
bowl vegetable soup
1 large orange
peppermint tea
protein shake ( 8 oz rice milk, soy protein & spirulina )
cup green tea with 2 tsp maple syrup
1/2 cup oatmeal with rice milk
restaurant dinner ( 1 bread role with olive oil, whole wheat spaghetti with shrimp, red marinara sauce and fresh parmasan cheese sprinkle)
10 oz water with lemon wedge
herbal tea with senna - laxative at bed tiime
Fiber Shake to cleanse colon & intestin ( 8 oz water, 1 tbsp Psyllium whole husk, 1 tbsp Bentonite )
drank more water thru out the day and had 5 bowel movement 1/22/07
This morning so far just salt water flush, will be working on a movie set today and will eat mostly craft service but travel with my lemonade. ;D
Yesterday:

-Salad roll with pineapple
-2 vegan sushi rolls
-1 slice white bread
-1 plum

-Soy cappuccino
-Diet Coke
-Apple and mango juice (bottle)
So far today:

-A&W teen burger combo

-im going drinking later tonight...

1 oz goats milk cheese
1 diet Pepsi
1 sugar-free Rockstar energy drink
1 can of tuna
2 low-fat string cheese's
and I drank vodka at work (shots) but I don't remember how many? Four?
Eh, didn't do as well on day 5:

Plate of vegetarian Indian food. I was craving, and its sooooo good! But I'm sure it was over 1,000 calories on its own. Yikes!

My goal is a nice lean 125, I've currently lost 3 and am now at 129.
I don't even want to eat today. I am not hungry for food, just for money.

I need to keep a food log but i don't really think about it even though i have an eating disorder too. Well, you have inspired me to start. So far today i have not eaten yet and it's 4 in the afternoon. and i woke up early this morning. This is not unusual for me. I know it's bad to skip meals and very unhealthy. I don't know why i don't always eat when i know how damaging it is to my body. I had a lot to eat last night but it was mostly junk food. Let me try to remember what i ate yesterday.
3 cups of coffee with cream/milk and sugar
a hot dog on a bun w/ mustard and ketchup
6 McNuggets w/ barbeque sauce
a cup of cream of potato soup
a lot of Fritos
a can of root beer
3 Little Debbbie chocolate chip cream pies
a chocolate cupcake
half a chocolate muffin
a small slice of cake
some milk
Can't remember if there was anything else.
Yesterday:
3 tbs olive oil
2 sushi handrolls (1 vegie, 1 seaweed)
Energy drink
Water
Vegie broth with vegies, grape tomatoes and a square of Thai flavoured tofu
Today:
I just got up a couple of hours ago and I'm not hungry or anything, so no food yet. Just 3 tbs olive oil and water.
EDIT- A huge salad roll and some Diet Sprite.

40 oz water
40 oz lemonade (2 organic lemons, maple syrup, organic red pepper)

Our body needs fat in our daily diet ( olive & sun flower oil, flax seed oil, fish oil ) naturally burns fat, this is not stored in the body and is also called tonalin cla & sesamin, personally I take flax seed oil on a daily basis 1 tbsp = 120 calories. ;) same goes for olive oil & sun flower oil = 14g fat
you can take capsoles of Flax seed, fish oil, cla, evening primrose oil, saw palmetto and cayenne pepper ) great for skin and hair naturally.
