currently on a 1000-1200 calorie diet to lose the weight i gained post-dancing (ah, my freshman 15 is an ex-strippar 15). concurrent with that i switched from eating whatever to a more organic, whole foods kinda deal to hopefully shrink my fibroid.
today it was:
8oz organic fruit juice
2oz bulk organic trail mix#1 (cranberries, punkin seeds, almonds, cashews, sunflower seeds and some other random fruit bits)
medium organic orange
1/2c organic granola with 4oz organic rice milk
medium organic apple
3oz non-organic ground beef with organic salad greens
1oz bulk non-organic trail mix #2(punkin seeds, almonds, peanuts, dates, sunflower seeds and applebits and raisins)-- higher calorie (i think) than the first mix. i rotate them and sometimes mix the mixes together.
i pretty much avoid soy. i did before going organic, but perversely, it is damned hard to find organic products that DON'T contain soy. and hydrolised soy is VERY not good for the body, which makes it so effed up that it's in organic stuff (which is supposed to be better dammit or else why am i paying four bucks for 12 eggs).
i literally went through about 30 granolas to find the soy-free one i finished off today. a damn shame, that.

Spicy food diet:
I had the most delicious soup... fuck if I can spell or pronounce it - but it's lemongrass and 'Thai spicy' spices with tomatoes and boiled chicken. healthy and SPICY! Yum!
Then I had spicy another-thing-I-can't-spell with pork and asparagus. Again, so healthy.
I'm thinking this spicy food diet is actually a great idea since it's so lo-cal and the stuff in the food is healthy to begin with.
I also had mild curry puffs and 3 glasses of coconut milk.

3/4 kashi go lean
1/2 cup skim milk
1/2 banna
am snack
yoplait light blueberry
lunch
1 cup of hc chiken and rice soup
18 all bran cracker (thats exactly one serving 130 cals)
afternoon snack
1 snack cheese ( 80 cals)
some raw baby spincach about 1/4 cup
i will add dinner
probaly and english muffin pizza (1 100%whole grain english muffing with 1/4 cup tomato sauce and 1/4 cup fat free cheese)
baby spinach
night snack
15 almonds
thats a full day in the life of women who is terrifed to go above 1200 cals that there is only about 975 there i said it.

Will have olive oil and possibly more food later.
Adding:
2 tbs olive oil
4 grapes

McDonald's Garden Salad with fat free Italian dressing
Bite of a strawberry cream biscuit
Cup of broth

Couple of sips of iced coffee
Coffee with soy milk and sugar
Afew tbs soy ice cream
Will have 2 tbs olive oil later.

A couple of tbs light cottage cheese
Half glass of pineapple juice
2 cups chicken broth
Tofu nuggets
Lettuce

I was so bad yesterday.
Toast, a banana, an orange. Coffee.
Couple bottles of water. 1 at the gym.
Chicken wings w/fries and a couple of pints (beer) for dinner. SO BAD!!
I am so making up for it today!

If I hear one more girl talk about being "bad" for eating more than 500 calories, I'm going to proverbially bitch slap you across the internet!
Today I've had: Southwestern egg beaters omelette with gooey american cheese and a slice of honey wheat toast. I spilled half the egg beaters trying to flip the omelette and have a phone convo with my dad at the same time. Now my house smells like burnt egg substitute. I need a personal chef, haha!
I'm thinking barbeque for dinner laters. Its Sunday, god told us to rest, so relax dammit!

Thought I could join in on this since I want to shed a couple pounds I recently gained.

A bowl of whole grain cheerios with 2% milk.
2 hundred calorie packs of cookies
2 chocolate covered almond clusters
half a order of beef and broccoli
3 chinese dumplings, steamed

I had panera bread.. soup and sandwhich combo... french onion and chicken ceasar sandwich... later on i am making my bf take me to chipoltle for a burrito bowl!!! can u tell i'm on my period????

Hmmm I just got up, but I went to IHOP and had:
2 pancakes with butter and boysenberry syrup
A skillet with potatoes, mushrooms, peppers, onions, LOADS of cheese, bacon, covered with country gravy. And 2 eggs with hot sauce and ketchup. And a coke. And I'm going to have a redbull in a minute. :D

Lol...I really don't know how I get away with it. I never eat anything that's considered healthy.

scrambled eggs w/ onions, peppers and cheese(about a palm sized portion), 1/2 a piece of whole wheat toast w/ apricot fruit spread, 1 piece of pork roll(which I am NOT supposed to be eating EVER because of a pancreatic condition...bad bad bad)...hubby made breakfast
bowl of special K w/ half a banana and skim milk
2 small pieces of homemade pizza with peppers, onions, tomatos and artichokes and about 6 french fries
WAY more then i wanted to eat, but I've been severely restricted for 4 days so i cracked....god i hate dieting....
