Total binge!
- 100g Virginia leg ham
- 1/4 of an entire Panettone cake
- 5 slices of Coon Tasty cheese
- 1 handful of salted cashews
- 1 pack of dried noodles with seasoning
- 1 slab of fried tofu
- 1 espresso with milk & 2 sugars
- 1 can of V

Egads no. I count calories though. I try to have a smoothie (235 cals) and dinner (anywhere from 400-1000 cals) and lots of water and juice through the day.Quote:

Breakfast - Herbal tea
Snack - Banana
Lunch - Pitta bread with hummus and salad
Dinner - lots of garlic potato wedges
Drinks - Orange juice, 2 glasses of diet coke, cup of tea and cup of green jasmine tea.
Breakfast: Orange juice with a scoop of whey protein
Lunch: Tuna salad with lots of onions
Dinner: Pizza!!
I'm a snacker so I couldn't even begin to remember everything, but I just wanted to be the first to say, I can't wait to see what people post tomorrow!
Yesterday I was driving all day and I had a lot of dried apricots, some seaweed, and a couple handfuls of nuts.
Today I'm at the relatives house and it's not going so healthy.
Breakfast: McDonalds Egg McMuffin and half hashbrowns, large orange juice
Lunch: Ramen Noodles and Redbull
Dinner: Spicy Tuna Roll and Spicy Caterpillar roll and a coke (thanks to the sushi thread)
Lunch - blt (frikking delicious bacon man), 'moxie' soda and egg salad
Before work - bowl of cereal
At work -- string cheese, sunflower seeds, granola bar. a few fries from another girl.
After work -- thai food leftovers
damn this is addictive...its actually good for those of us who are watching their weight!

Got pole dancing class tonight so i will probably have a bowl of chestnuts when i get home
Drank a litre of mineral watrer throughout the day and at class tonight i will have a sneaky double vodka and pineapple juice :)

Breakfast - 2 slices toasted wholegrain seeded bread with creme cheese Boursin Deli and and a slices of Quorn veggie chicken, cup of green tea with soya milk.
Snack - organic coffee with soya milk, herbal tea.
Dinner - Gnocci topped with grated cheese, veggie Quorn sausages, cocumber, tomatoes and a Tomato and Basil sauce. Light vanilla ice-cream I topped it with Pineaple/banana/coconut innocent smoothie.
All very detailed, but that's it. :)

Breakfast - scrambled egg whites with lots of onions, green/red peppers wrapped in a wheat free tortilla with veggie cheese

Snack- Almonds and dried cranberries
Lunch - Spinach Salad with homemade tomato chutney and Smoked Salmon
Snack - clementines
Dinner - spicy Asian style soup with brown rice noodles and tones of fresh cilantro
My man's dairy free cheese cake mmmmmmmmm
Breakfast: Very yummy, sinful, potato-egg-cheese burrito with extra hot sauce!
Lunch: 1/2 slice apple pie, 1/2 slice pumpkin pie (got to get rid of the leftovers>:( )
Dinner: Soyrizo tacos (2), small salad with salsa and a handful of Frito's

Breakfast (at 5pm) - Fazolis sampler (lasagne, fetuccini alfredo and spaghetti) and a salad, and coke.
That's it...I'm hungry again....

Dinner: fettuccine chicken alfredo with red bell peppers
Didnt really eat much today. Wierd I usually eat more.
Breakfast: Scrambled eggs with (leftover from tacos) soyrizo
Dinner: A lot of sushi (spicy tuna crunch roll, vegas roll, calamari...) I don't even remember everything we ordered!
