So much! That's what happens when I lurk around the house for too long!

- 1 big bowl of ginger & lemongrass chicken
- 1 cup of redbean & jelly dessert
- 1 bottle of Ribena Light

This was a big eating day for me, lately I've only been having one meal a day (and possibly a snack).

dinner: roast beef w/ carrots, potatoes & onions and a huge glass of milk
milk: it does a body good. ;D

I had a cup of sticky rice, miso soup, green tea ans a cup of ginger salad. I feel sick as a dog.
5 glasses of low sodium v8 and a peice of toast with extra sharp cheese and turkey on top (popped it in the toaster oven for a minute, yum!).
I had an alcoholic lemonade (didn't know til I opened it, oops). (Crap and I JUST opened an alcoholic Apple Ade... wtf.. anybody here NOT drink booze?)
And I had a ham sandwich with hummus and a bowl of grapes.
Why did nobody tell me hummus was SO DAMN GOOD?!
