Muscle Milk protein shake in Mocha Joe
Giant Caesar salad with regular-fat dressing and croutons (but not to excess)
1/2 cup cottage cheese and 3 Clementines
I'm still hungry so I may have some more cottage cheese before bed if I can't resist. (I have a hard time falling asleep if I'm hungry.)
I've actually been eating remarkably healthy, and I think the Tonalin goes a LONG way for that. I am an incredible junk food junkie--I could eat pizza every day, and have for embarrassingly long stretches of time. But Tonalin is an EFA and thus really cuts down on my cravings. Thank goodness. I'm sure my cholesterol level thanks me.
I do also get a cheat day once a week. I think this week it'll be Pasta DaVinci from The Cheesecake Factory. Mmm.

3 tbs olive oil
Punnet of cherry tomatoes with fat free french dressing
Mixed vegies with soy sauce
Several glasses apple juice
Small bottle OJ
Half glass pine juice
Didn't feel much like eating today.
Add- 1 veg sausage in a slice of bread with mustard and tomato
Felt sick from not eating enough.

1 krispy kreme doughnut
1 large romaine salad with chopped ham and tomatoes and a drizzle of ranch.
Forecast for later:
-Thai curry leftovers with sauteed eggplant
*Hopefully 2 L of water today
*1 multivitamin, fish oil (omega 3), calcium supplements

Thursday 1/18/07
Fiber shake (16oz water 1/2 cucumber, 1/2 oraange, 10 grapes, salt) blend
1 cup peppermint tea
2 bananas
32 oz water with lemon juice
1 cup detox tea ( yogi tea )
1 apple
1 protein shake ( 1 scoup protein, 1/4 scoupe fiber, 1tbsp flax seed oil, 8oz water ) blend
1 kiwi
bowl salad with 1 hard boil egg and ceasar dressing
1 protein shake ( soy protein with spirulina, 8 oz skim milk )
8 oz grapefruit juice with multi vitamin
Went to work and while dancing had 5 shots vodka and 1 1/2 glass red wine, 1/2 sandwich (whole wheat bread, cheese, ham) 3 cherry tomato and 4 vienna cookie sandwich and 2 bottles water.
At home before going to be had laxative tea and 10 oz water

Today so far I had 20 oz water
1 banana
turkey club sandwich (roast turkey, bacon, luttuce, tomato, 3 slice rye bread)
french fries
16 oz seltzer
10 0z water with multi vitamins, biotin and hoodia
1 cup green tea with 2tsp maple syrup
12 oz water with lemon juice
1 cup peppermint tea
8 oz water with 3 redline fat burner to boost my energy
I'm off to the gym and will drink lots more water during exercise and after workout
protein shake after workout
Dinner - bowl vegetable soup, bowl salad with balsamic vinegar & oil dressing, cup rice milk
snack - 1 banana, 1 orange, 1 lollipop, 8 0z water with lemon juice
herbal laxative tea
I woke up today feeling dehydrated and craving greasy food to soothe my hang over even thou I had healty food in the house. I hope to burn it off at the gym and sweat it out in the sauna and steam room.

^^^ Unfortunately, I think *some* of us get a hefty percentage of our calories from liquid rather than food. I'm in that club a couple of days out of the week; but I do try to make up for my nutritional delinquincy on my free days.

Agreed. And no one's eating actual food... all tofu and miso and lettuce and lemongrass juice and stuff. !!! I would be 115 lbs if I ate what you guys did.
For me, today:
1 banana
1 lamb gyro pita sandwich
1 crepes meal with nutella and banana
2 L water
miltivitamin, calcium, fish oil
And I'm on a diet. :P I can't lie: I love food. I'll probably eat more later...

Reading back over the list, I see a lot of people eating actual food. Plenty of fruits and vegetables, some protein shakes, tofu and salads and sandwiches.
I certainly don't see a lot of "I had a donut for breakfast and a bowl of spaghetti and a steak dinner," but that's because you can't eat that way and maintain a toned figure. I think another thing throwing people off is the caloric content. Nobody's posting calories, so there's no way to tell what's "enough" just by reading, really.
For instance, today I've had:
1. Glass of milk (2%)
2. Protein shake
3. Gigantic Caesar salad
4. 6-7 strawberries
That doesn't sound like much, but so far I've already had about 1000 calories. I'm a small person (5'2) and since I'm trying to lose about 8 pounds and lean out, that means that even with a good solid workout every day (I'm a web designer so I have a sedentary job), I only get about 1350 at most to get the results I want. So that'll be a protein bar and a couple of Clementines.
Obviously, if you're dancing 8-hour shifts a few times a week, then your caloric needs will necessarily be higher. But it really doesn't take much to see a difference either way, that's for sure.

yesterday...bad, but what the hell...it's saturday
went out to breakfast...veggie omelette, hash browns and pancakes(seemed lke I ate a lot, but only a cpl forkfuls were missing off the plates when i was full)
lunch:leftover reheated veggie pizza..2 small slices
out to dinner: ceasar salad, broiled red snapper in some (delicious) white wine suce with artichokes and sun dried tomatoes and a tiny side of spaghetti
1 1/2 glasses of cabernet
midnight snack....a cpl low fat triscuits with cheese...and hubby made me a vanilla milkshake!
add in various meds and vitamins and Tonalin..and lots of water and fresh brewed iced green tea

1 green tea with 2 tsp maple syrup = 50 calories
vegetable soup { guessing about 100 calories }
2 fried eggs with Pam spray & 1 melba toast
64oz lemonade (3 lemons,1tsp cayenne pepper,6 oz maple syrup) 600 calories
large salad (80 calories) with low fat sesame dressing 4tbsp = 70 calories 4g protein and 6g fat
16 oz water with multi vitamin
"Yogi" Detox Tea
"Lace Le Beau" Super Dieter's Tea - laxative
{6 eggs = 540 calories 30g fat 48g protein sodium 500mg }
Total calories = 1600, fat total = 36g, Protein = 52
Not sure about sodium total but there was a lot in the soup
Gym - 40 minutes biking & 30 minutes abdominal & stretch 2 Minutes and 5 minutes in steam room
The morning salt water is to cleanse my system and I had 3 bowel movement
I use maple syrup instead of sugar because of the nutritional value ;)

Why take the laxative teas and the sea salt in water (also a laxative, right?) Does it help with weight loss or do you have digestion problems? I have normal digestion. But hell, if this will help, I'd try it as long as its natural and not habit forming........

Yes this help to detox the body of all kinds of bad tuff we put in our body such as fat, meat, alcohol, tobacco, etc. I'm also preparing my body to go on a fast for 7 days if I can make it, if not I'll have just juice and raw food, no meat or dairy for 10 days and absolutely no alcohol which is extremely hard for me especially when I dance. I'll let you know how I do.

Wow, isn't that a bit excessive? But yeah, the idea of cutting out all that crap for a while sounds great.
I never would have been able to do a fast when I was dancing, too active and burnt too many calories. I'd have been sick. But perhaps your situation is different.
