Help needed!
Hi. My name is Krissy Kennedy, and I'm pretty new to this board, but everyone here seems pretty awesome. Anyway, to get to the point of my post, I have a huge favor to ask of anyone that would or could help out.
Here's the story:
On Sunday night, my brother in law started experiencing horrible headaches and numbness on the left side of his body, so he went to the ER thinking he had a pinched nerve in his neck. After a cat-scan, it was revealed that he actually had a 4cm BRAIN TUMOR on the right side of his brain, which needed to be operated on immediately. He made it through the 8 hour surgery which began yesterday morning at 6:30 a.m. His chances of making it through the surgery were 80/20, so just the fact that he made it through was really good news. He is currently in an induced coms, and on a respirator, which will be taken out sometme today. He is only 24 years old, and a newlywed. Although he has insurance, it only cover 90% of his medical bills, so you can imagine how astronomical even that 10% is going to be.
There is also the fact that he is going to be out of work for God knows how long. He is a driver for Anheuser-Busch, and one of the repurcussions of rooting around in someone's brain can be seizures, in which case he will no longer be able to drive. His wife Rosie works as a CNA at a nursing home, but is going to have to take an unpaid leave of absence to care for him when he gets out of the hospital.
Anyway, I have set up a myspace page for him, and we have also set up a trust fund to try to help them out during this rough time. I figure if you could donate even a dollar to help out, if would be GREATLY appreciated. (as dancers we know how dollars add up!) If it's not in your budget, please check out the page I set up for him, add as a friend, and leave a get well comment. Thank you all so much for taking the time to read this, and if you have any questions, feel free to pm me or email me at [email protected]
Donations are being taken in a special Paypal account, so just go to
www.paypal.com
The email address is [email protected]
The myspace I set up is www.myspace.com/forjustinreck
Thanks again for taking the time to read this. If you don't have the time to check out the page, at least please keep him in your prayers.

Re: Help needed!
Been trying to add it on myspace, getting some errors. I'll do what I can to donate what I can. Best wishes and good luck.

Re: Help needed!
Thanks ladies and gents. When he gets out of the coma, we'd love to show him a nifty Myspace page with tons of get well wishes. Again, thanks for taking the time to look.
Krissy
As for donating, if it's in your budget, $1 is fine if that's what you can afford. Every little bit will add up.

Re: Help needed!
P.S. Myspace is acting a little goofy now, so if you can't get through, try again later.

Re: Help needed!
I just wanted to say thanks for all of you who added Justin, left comments and made donations. He is doing VERY well, (much better than expected) and was actually up and WALKING AROUND today! Needless to say, we're all pretty exstatic and are hoping he'll be home in time for Thanksgiving. Again, thank you all for your generosity, and if you have a sec, post a get well comment on his page. Thanks, eveyone, and God bless the kindness of strangers. :)
