OK so here's the dilema:
I generally don't eat many carbs b/c they make me feel hUUUge in the stomach. I'm one of those people who are way too consious about it, and would rather stick to things like yogurt, lunchmeat, cheese, etc. to eat most of the time. I'm at a normal, healhty weight too I might add. So then I basically end up bloated! I avoid carbs to avoid bloating, and end up constipated AND bloated! wtf!
I never poop!! I'm lucky if I go once a week!! Does not eating carbs do this? Or dehydration? How often do ya'll go and what do you eat?
Sorry if I'm throwing so many questions out there, I'm just so damned frustrated.
