I'm insanely jealous of anyone who can make a video ! I don't have anything that I can use to make a video even if it is just footage and no sound. *sigh* All my money is going towards my cat at the moment especially now.
Here's a tip for you: POINT YOUR TOES! Even if you are wearing heels, point your toes. It makes it all look better even if you aren't that flexible.... and definately work on the flexibility and how to swing your leg around seducitively (it can be done) to the floor to get up from the floor.
I personally like stationary poles as that is what is at the majority of SCs in Australia tho' I do see the value of those sort of poles.
Well done ;D
HAHAHA GCG I will film you with my lousy digital still camera or mobile phone! When you're next in Melbourne come to the studio and we'll do it!!!!
PS all my money goes to kitty too. I just bought her a rhinestone collar.
The closest I have come to being filmed is the current Exotic Angels DVD (out now). I will definately take you up on that offer as I would love to show off what I can do (not alot yet it is something at least). I don't go upside down as I have a real fear of doing so (can't go backwards or up-side down due to the fear).
One day I will be strong enough to kick my feet over my head mid-pole! (Arm muscles, right?) Keep up the good work! Don't forget to arch your back on that first butt-swinging move of yours (and maybe keep your feet a wee bit closer together?)! You look aweseome ;)
Was that a spinning pole? I was impressed on how well you spun around it....
Corsicafire: Yeap.. 50mm Chrome Xpole on Spinning mode.
Otherwise most of that stuff will not work.
I have a huge phobia on slide down spinning upside down head first. That was the first time i've ever done that!
Awwww thanks for those tips. I'll be looking in the mirror obsessively today when i practice the wiggle with your tips!!!
mmmm mid-pole upside down flip is mainly abs not arms.
Because you're not on the ground. You cannot rely on kicking your legs upwards really forcefully to get upside down. I'm trying to think of how i can help you get there. When you flip upside down from the ground. Stop throwing your legs up in the air with force. Because if you do so on a spinning pole you'll be just spinning like crazyyyy. Try to erm use only your ab muscles to light your legs up. Another one that is good for training on using abs and core strength is the upside down V. Where you flip upside down but don't let your legs touch the pole. Have it open to a 'V'. I'll dig up a pic if you don't know what i'm talking about.
You look great!
Everything is about the "core strength" hence the reason I recommend Pilates and anything that will enhance your core strength. It will help you in a million and one untold ways as a stripper to have that core strength.
Thanks sexystephani whoa..... is that you in your avatar. WOW!!
GCG you're absolutely right! It's all core strength! I've never done pilates.. should try.. would help me flexibility too!
Thanks sexystephani whoa..... is that you in your avatar. WOW!!
I can easily answer this on her behalf: no. It is an old internet avatar/animated gif image. It's been around for AGES ;D
Super Hot :-d
Cool, I've never seen anyone do that one move where you're holding yourself upright away from the pole and spinning...I guess that's a spinning pole move, we don't really have those. Looked good though!
I like the way the spinning pole looks and you look good on it. Mine spins but the one time I tried it it seemed to go sooo fast that I put the little thing back in to make it stop spinning. It was making me dizzy!
